I'm very pleased I selected Enfields for the sale of my property. The process was very efficient, from Will valuing the property, Jamie showing people round, Sam handling offers, and then Shaun chasing the whole chain through to completion. They were very quick to get people through the door and I had an acceptable offer on the table within a few days. While I considered an online estate agent, Shaun's chasing alone made their services worth every penny. If I was still in the area, I'd happily use them again.

I am struggling to find the words to fully express my gratitude to Shaun and the team at Enfields for what they have done for me. Unfortunately I employed probably the worst solicitor in Southampton so Shaun and my buyers solicitor did most of the legal work for me and I never heard from the agent I was buying from during the whole process so Shaun sorted that out as well. I can honestly say that the move would never had happened if it were not for Shaun’s knowledge, experience and sheer hard work and I would not hesitate in recommending Enfields to anyone who wants to sell their property. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

A very professional estate agent who know their stuff without being overly salesy. They were clear and upfront with the process and costs from the start, and used data to help me decide the right price to pitch my house at. They kept me updated with viewings and feedback. They advised well during the bidding process, so I felt I got the best possible offer. From offer to sale they kept me updated regularly, communicated well with the other estate agent in the chain and kept the solictors moving. Overall, they did everything a good estate agent should do. Thanks to Sam and Shaun's hard work, my house was on the market for about a month before offer accepted, and about 10 weeks from offer to completion. I'd definitely recommend them again.

Im very impressed with Enfields. Firstly, getting the house on the market was easy thanks to Will Piercy - with professsional photos and an attitude to please, even coming back for extra photos on a sunny day. Secondly, Enfields acted professionally through all parts of the sales process and gave full support after we lost the first buyer. They managed to sell at the asking price, twice within a week of the property being on sale. Sam Binnington was crucial to achieve this. For technical aspects of the sale such as surveys I was handed to Shaun Jordan and I couldn’t have been in better hands. With Shaun helping both parties fully understand the survey results. He also continued a sterling effort at pushing the Solicitors along. Top job all round!

Highly recommend Enfields! 5 ????? We've used allot of different letting agents over the years and being totally honest most have turned out to be an absolute nightmare to deal with. This time we've chosen Enfields and I'm very impressed. Enfields are probably the best letting agent we've ever used. Highly professional and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to rent a property. We dealt with Paul for the viewing and he was awesome. We dealt with Georgia for arranging the viewing and agreeing the property and I honestly must say She isn't your typical run of the mill letting agent - Were relocating from Leeds to Southampton and usually moving home is stressful at the best of times but relocating to a different area of the country should be allot more stressful than this actually is.. thanks to Georgia She's making the process quite simple. Enfield's were brilliant from start to finish. Their agents give honest advice but also respect your privacy and aren't to intrusive. Other companies we viewed houses through force you to fill out forms after every house you visit which we found very time-consuming and extremely tedious. Enfield's only contact us when they thought they had a new property that we'd be interested in. The two people who we dealt with, Sam Binnington, and Shaun Jordan were extremely professional as well very understanding about our needs. They provide help throughout the process and were able to talk us through the jargon as first time buyers.

Personal service that exceeded our expectations.

We were very impressed with everything that Enfields did for us. We took our time to decide who we were going to go with but we decided to use them because they were a smaller agency that were local to us. We started talking to Paul, the manager, but we have spoken to many of the sales team, who have all been efficient and helpful. That is something that we really liked as it was a whole team effort and we felt that we worked really well with everyone and built a great relationship with them. We were very impressed with their knowledge and the fact that they listened to what we wanted and the process was led by us and our needs. They always rang on a Tuesday to give us updates about what was happening. Thanks to all of the great service, we sold our property within days and completed more quickly than predicted.

Having moved from Scotland to Southampton recently my partner and I were new to the English buying system. Having an elusive lawyer(s) we learned quickly that unless we contacted Shaun our estate agent at Enfields nothing much happened. He took the time to explain things and he acted as intermediary between the two lawyers, sellers and ourselves. I recently instructed the lettings team to market and manage our buy to let property. Jack explained the relevant fees and process very clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. The property was placed on the rental market very quickly, with a suitable tenant found in just 2 weeks. The process of vetting the tenant and arranging the tenancy agreement was done quickly and efficiently, and I was kept informed of how this was progressing.
