Selling and buying a property is not always easy, but Louise Carr went above and beyond to support me throughout the entire process. She kept me updated regularly by email and phone, so I was never left out of the loop. Although I was her client for the sale, Louise also assisted me with my purchase, even though I was using a different agency. Thanks to her persistence and dedication, both the sale and purchase progressed smoothly and completed on the agreed date. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Enfields in Bitterne.

I recently sold my property with enfields. I was satisfied with the service provided, I was given notice for viewings and found enfields to be helpful and relatively communicative. Once the flat was sold Louise took over the communication as she supports with the sale progression. Louise is an asset to Enfields, I found her to be communicative, professional and supportive. Selling and buying property can be a long and stressful process, however Louise made this feel manageable and was always on the other end of the phone for support and advice, whilst also proactively chasing the rest of the chain to keep things moving forward.

I was fortunate to have found Enfields Bitterne, who made my whole property purchase experience as stress-free as possible. The team at Enfields was professional and friendly for any questions, displaying a high level of experience and expertise in the property industry. There were no hidden surprises or undisclosed information, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. We cannot fault Enfields. We initially had our house up for sale with PB to try to save some pennies but the customer service we received was poor, specifically the post sale support which ended up with our first buyers pulling out. We made the decision to go with Enfields and so glad we did! Louise Carr was excellent, she was completely on the ball and constantly chased various parties to make sure we got over the line before our mortgage offer expired! We cannot thank her and the team at Enfields enough! We are now settled in our lovely new home! We can’t recommend them enough!

Have received a 5* service from Enfields bitterne branch throughout. Was shown a property by George who was brilliant from start to finish. He was very thorough when doing the viewing and answered any questions I had - if he didnt know the answer he would ask the vendor and get back to me. When moving onto the negotiations I was dealt with by Kevin. He is honestly the best estate agent I have dealt with thus far. He was friendly and super efficient. In previous experience I have always found I’ve had to chase up for information. However with Kevin I didnt have to do that once. He kept in regular contact keeping me updated every stage. Buying a property through lockdown and pregnancy has been hard, but Louise went above and beyond with all aspects. Nothing was too much trouble. My partner and I have used Enfields for two property transactions since 2017 and Enfields were excellent both times! Our first transaction was when we bought a property through Enfields. There were complications with the transaction and we truly believe that the main reason the transaction completed was due the the outstanding effort made by Kevin. He was very professional and showed effective communication by keeping everyone in the chain calm up to date. He was 100% focused on helping us get the sale completed and without his efforts this may have fallen through. We decided to move to a new property this year due to the need for more space. Due to our positive experience with Enfields during the first transaction, we engaged Enfields without hesitation. We were very pleased with the quality and the value provided for the listing. We experienced some difficulties with the transaction again (starting to think a simple transaction doesn't exist). Again, Enfields stepped up to the challenge and effectively communicated with the chain, kept everyone up to date and got it over the line. Louise, the sales manager was excellent when it came to pushing things along and getting the solicitors moving and the chain focused. With both Kevin and Louise showing outstanding service, they deserve special thanks. I have since recommended Enfields to my parents, who have now listed a property with them.
