Enfields had the property online, with great pictures, within a couple of hours and then sold it very quickly. Unfortunately, my conveyancer was utterly inept but I can’t stress enough how on the ball Kevin (Bitterne branch) was. He never stopped liaising with and actively chasing the various parties in the chain and keeping the momentum up. I think we’d still be sorting it all out now with a lesser agent. It’s when you have problems you need someone good at their job - Kevin was superb. I won’t use anyone else now and would strongly recommend him/Enfields (Bitterne) to anyone. Thanks

From my initial call to Enfields, Bitterne in order to instruct them to market and sell my property, to the last call from Kevin advising me that my property had sold, I can honestly say that I found the whole process to be conducted extremely professionally by Kevin and all of his team. Daryl arrived promptly in order to market the property through the taking of professional photographs and taking his time in order to ask several questions about the property that assisted in the marketing. Daryl took his time in order to achieve an extremely professional package that resulted in my property being placed on a premium listing on Right Move and was obviously key in receiving several viewings and an offer within the week that it was initially marketed. Rio kept me fully informed at all times in regard to the time and dates of all viewings, making sure that if there were any changes, that I was made fully aware and to make sure that they fitted in with my schedule. Rio provided me with prompt calls after each viewing, providing feedback from each viewing. I never had to chase for any updates, which was really appreciated. Kevin kept me fully updated from the moment that the flat received a great offer that I accepted within the week that it was marketed. The service that I received was so good, that I recommended Enfields, Bitterne to a colleague who was having difficulty in getting any viewings for his property with his previous agent. I understand that since he decided to move over to Enfields, Bitterne that he received several viewings and that his property is now sold STC. Overall, I have nothing but positive comments to make in regard to my experience of having used Enfields, Bitterne and I would like to thank Kevin and his team. Flat sold

Very professional service. I saw 6 estate agents before deciding to go with Enfields. They had good reviews and didn’t have a long tie in time. The estimates from the estate agents varied greatly and it was difficult to know who was valuing it accurately. I was disappointed that it did sell for less than they advertised it for. The price was still more than 3 other estate agents suggested it would go for and considerably more than 1 estate agent estimated. The other estate agent had a long tie in time so overallI I think I made the right decision. Every other element I couldn’t fault. Kevin was proactive and always quickly answered any queries. After I had accepted the offer the sale went through quickly so I am happy with the service provided.

Outstanding team and service

We couldn't have asked for a better service from Kevin and the whole team at Enfields. They were clear and honest from the start about their plan for selling our flat and called us weekly with updates about how the sale was progressing. We also really appreciated having mortgage advice from Natalie in the same office, whose team also kept us updated weekly about our purchase. Throughout what could have been a very stressful process, Enfields went above and beyond to keep us well-informed and ensured that everything kept moving forwards. Simply the Best!

Excellent Customer Service

I would like to thank Kevin and his staff for the excellent Customer Service offered throughout the sale of our house and onward purchase. From our very first meeting with Daryl who valued the house, through to completion, we couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended local agent

Adam and Kevin were fantastic when we sold our property in Sholing. From the valuation stage through to exchange we were kept up to date throughout. Moving is stressful and our move was no exception, but despite myself and my partner completely stressing and panicking constantly Kevin handled the sale (and us!) brilliantly. An actual face to face service rather than a random person you can only contact on the phone and may never speak to again, I never once had to explain who I was and what property I was calling about when I called, it was a personal service. The team led by Kevin Ashley, are great. It was initially Sam, who we met on a property viewing, that attracted us to Enfields to sell our own property. Sam and all staff are friendly, professional and nothing is ever too much to ask. Best agents!

After using another agent who were cheaper but we're a complete waste of time I decided to get a few other agents round, one of them was enfields. Daryl the negotiator was great he was in no rush even though it was 6pm we spent an hour talking through everything he was completly honest and made me trust him from the beginning so I decided to sign up with them. Within a few days I already had quite a few viewings booked in (something the other agents before hand had failed with) with in a week I had an offer! Kevin took over with this and was so communicative always with updating me with every step of the sale, it's so important to have a hard working agent when selling a property, he was constantly back and forth with myself, the buyer and each solicitor when we had a few complications! We are now ready to complete tomorrow and without the help of Kevin not sure this would have happened, so thanks for being great with both myself and the buyer, and also thanks to Adam and Sam who I also dealt with when Kevin was not there.
