We are nearing completion on what seems to have been possibly the most difficult and frustrating chain / house move ever. Kevin has been amazing at keeping the chain moving forward and even when it seemed like it wasn't going to happen, Kevin offered to drive our buyers signed contract to the solicitors to speed things up. We can't fault Enfields and they have been amazing, even when we were viewing houses Adam was incredible and often they got us through the door before anyone else! Darryl was also great and after a bad experience with another estate agent he was great at getting us on the market quickly. We would recommend Kevin and his team to anyone and they deserved a well earned crate of beers once we have completed :)

We bought a house through this team. We viewed a lot of houses over a year period and Rio and Darrel showed us around quite a few. They were always polite and friendly and never pushy. Once we found one we loved Kevin took over our purchase. Kevin's customer service is amazing! House sale completed today. What to say about this experience? My husband and I had a very frustrating time with the first estate agent. After almost 2 months time wasting, we came to Enfields Bittern branch. Kevin, Daryl and the team just turned things around. Compared to the first one, they are trusted, reliable and professional, provide top class service, you always can speak to them whenever need. They are building a great reputation in local area. Having had the worst experience with estate agents previously, I can honestly say Kevin and his team at Enfields have restored my faith that there are some good people left in the world! Enfields had the property online, with great pictures, within a couple of hours and then sold it very quickly. Unfortunately, my conveyancer was utterly inept but I can’t stress enough how on the ball Kevin (Bitterne branch) was. He never stopped liaising with and actively chasing the various parties in the chain and keeping the momentum up. I think we’d still be sorting it all out now with a lesser agent. From start to finish, Enfields Bitterne were fantastic. Darryl was our first point of contact and fully and clearly explained the whole process, and took professional photos of our flat which helped us sell within just a couple of days of the advert going live! Unfortunately I had clearly chosen the wrong solicitors, as they were incapable of doing their job which stalled the process on several occasions, but that's another review! From my initial call to Enfields, Bitterne in order to instruct them to market and sell my property, to the last call from Kevin advising me that my property had sold, I can honestly say that I found the whole process to be conducted extremely professionally by Kevin and all of his team. Daryl arrived promptly in order to market the property through the taking of professional photographs and taking his time in order to ask several questions about the property that assisted in the marketing. Daryl took his time in order to achieve an extremely professional package that resulted in my property being placed on a premium listing on Right Move and was obviously key in receiving several viewings and an offer within the week that it was initially marketed. Rio kept me fully informed at all times in regard to the time and dates of all viewings, making sure that if there were any changes, that I was made fully aware and to make sure that they fitted in with my schedule. Rio provided me with prompt calls after each viewing, providing feedback from each viewing. I never had to chase for any updates, which was really appreciated. Kevin kept me fully updated from the moment that the flat received a great offer that I accepted within the week that it was marketed. The service that I received was so good, that I recommended Enfields, Bitterne to a colleague who was having difficulty in getting any viewings for his property with his previous agent. Flat sold

Very professional service. I saw 6 estate agents before deciding to go with Enfields. They had good reviews and didn’t have a long tie in time. The estimates from the estate agents varied greatly and it was difficult to know who was valuing it accurately. I was disappointed that it did sell for less than they advertised it for. The price was still more than 3 other estate agents suggested it would go for and considerably more than 1 estate agent estimated. The other estate agent had a long tie in time so overallI I think I made the right decision. Every other element I couldn’t fault. Kevin was proactive and always quickly answered any queries. After I had accepted the offer the sale went through quickly so I am happy with the service provided.

The Best Estate Agent!

I highly recommend Enfields in Bitterne. We have just completed on our first house and Kevin has been amazing with us. As first time buyers, we were unsure of how long everything would take or what the process was. Kevin has been so helpful in keeping in contact with us and updating us on what was happening. Thank you to Rio who showed us around our house and Daryl who showed us around another house whilst we were waiting to find out if our offer had been accepted.
