Good communication and very diligent

The whole process, from arranging viewings to exchanging on the property, has been dealt with brilliantly by the team at Enfields. Rio did a great job of showing off the property, allowing us to see the property on our own terms. During the offer processes onwards, we communicated predominantly with Kevin. Via Kevin, communication with the seller, regarding fixtures and fittings, exchange date, etc., was simple and quick. I can't praise Kevin and his team enough for how they kept us in the loop as first time buyers, took us through the whole process, and fielded different requests. They have all been patient and easy to work with. I would recommend using this branch.

Fantastic Service

I personally cannot thank the staff and Kevin in particular enough for their invaluable support and guidance throughout the protracted purchase of my home. Even though I was just the buyer, I always felt that my interests were taken into account as much as the seller's. I was always kept updated by Kevin throughout the process, even when nothing seemed to be happening!! and his help with non-helpful solicitors was more than appreciated.. Great service and communication throughout purchase

We used Enfields Bitterne as a buyer, when we were purchasing our first home. We largely dealt with Kevin, however also spoke with other members of the team throughout the purchase. We came across a couple of hurdles during the purchase and Kevin was quick to offer support and guidance, which as first time buyers was incredibly valuable. Kevin kept us up to date with progress during the purchase on behalf of the seller, and by contacting our solicitor directly. He was prompt in finding answers to our questions and explained any required actions to us clearly. Although working to represent the seller we really felt like he had both parties interests in mind and worked to create solutions that satisfied both the seller and ourselves. We couldn't have been happier with the support Enfields provided during our purchase, and would likely choose to use their services when we decide it's time for us to sell in the future.

Simply the Best!

Having bought and sold a dozen times, I chose Enfields because of their professionalism, expert knowledge of the local area and I couldn't have chosen a better agent. Daryl who came round to value my property is polite, courteous and instils confidence. I believe the agent showing prospective purchasers around your home has to strike the right balance of professionalism whilst being approachable - these are the qualities that Daryl has. Kevin who follows up everything once the sale has been achieved is brilliant. Excellent Customer Service

I would like to thank Kevin and his staff for the excellent Customer Service offered throughout the sale of our house and onward purchase. From our very first meeting with Daryl who valued the house, through to completion, we couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended local agent

Adam and Kevin were fantastic when we sold our property in Sholing. From the valuation stage through to exchange we were kept up to date throughout. Moving is stressful and our move was no exception, but despite myself and my partner completely stressing and panicking constantly Kevin handled the sale (and us!) brilliantly. An actual face to face service rather than a random person you can only contact on the phone and may never speak to again, I never once had to explain who I was and what property I was calling about when I called, it was a personal service. Enfields estate agents in Bitterne have outstanding from the day they carried out a detailed valuation survey right through to exchange/completion of contracts. The team led by Kevin Ashley, are great. Kevin and his team are fantastic!

It was initially Sam, who we met on a property viewing, that attracted us to Enfields to sell our own property. Sam and all staff are friendly, professional and nothing is ever too much to ask. Friendly, honest, highly recommended

From the moment Daryl arrived to value the property, right through to the sale and completion, I could not have been in better hands! I cannot recommend Enfields strongly enough - I've experienced none of the typical pushiness from any of the team at any time, and although the process has been fairly drawn out with my sale (entirely circumstantial - these guys have definitely earned their money!) Enfields were Top Notch in exceptionally poor circumstances

Enfields were the agent handling the flat we have purchased. Sam showed us around the flat on more than one occasion and was always friendly and professional. Then the fun began. The vendor’s solicitor has to be the most unprofessional on the planet. Kevin, and on occasion Adam had the unenviable job of chasing up the vendor and his solicitor over a period of 5 months... yes; you read that right, 5 MONTHS, and then report back to us. I cannot fault Enfields who were brilliant throughout. A special mention has to go to Kevin who had the most contact with the vendor and his solicitor (when he could get hold of the solicitor). He was positive and bubbly throughout but had great sympathy for what we were going through. I think the whole thing may well have fallen through if it wasn’t for his efforts. He made an unbearable experience more bearable for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Enfields if we wanted to move again. I hope it’s some time before we do though.

Best agents!

After using another agent who were cheaper but we're a complete waste of time I decided to get a few other agents round, one of them was enfields. Daryl the negotiator was great he was in no rush even though it was 6pm we spent an hour talking through everything he was completly honest and made me trust him from the beginning so I decided to sign up with them. Within a few days I already had quite a few viewings booked in (something the other agents before hand had failed with) with in a week I had an offer! Kevin took over with this and was so communicative always with updating me with every step of the sale, it's so important to have a hard working agent when selling a property, he was constantly back and forth with myself, the buyer and each solicitor when we had a few complications! We are now ready to complete tomorrow and without the help of Kevin not sure this would have happened, so thanks for being great with both myself and the buyer, and also thanks to Adam and Sam who I also dealt with when Kevin was not there. When moving house in a chain it quickly becomes obvious who (out of your, and your chain's, solicitors, agents, mortgage advisors etc) is professional and efficient, and who could do better. Kevin and his team at Enfield Bitterne are a shining beacon of effectiveness in the murky world of mediocrity, frustration and inaction that prevales among much of the rest of the market.
