i have tried to call them day after day for the last 2 weeks.

We appreciate the time you have taken to write about your experience when renting through us and note the issue seems to be surrounding the end of your tenancy. In order to get a clearer understanding of what happened we have put together a timeline of events:
11/08/15 - Your tenancy end date.
14/08/15 - Check Out completed by Independent Company.
21/08/15 - Check Out report received and referred to Landlord - We receive confirmation that Landlord wishes to hold back for gardening/cleaning etc.
22/08/15 - Contractors visit property to estimate for deposit deductions
28/08/15 - Received invoices/quotes from contractors
03/09/15 - Email sent to you with Invoice for work relating to deposit deductions. We confirm that we await landlords confirmation that they will remove the cost of weeding at your request.
08/09/15 - Landlord agrees to reduce deposit deductions to only include general clean and carpet clean. An email is sent to confirming this and that we have submitted the agreed figure on the DPS website for you to claim back.
10/09/15 - You agree to the deposit deductions online.
Please be aware that we lodge all deposits received through the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). By doing this it will ensure that you are treated fairly and give you peace of mind that your deposit is with the largest and most experienced supplier of deposit protection in the UK. Although we always strive to assist you in getting your deposit back as quickly as possible we must stress in some cases where deductions are necessary it is not always possible. In this instance we were able to facilitate your deposit being agreed and complete the repayment process online within 28 days of the tenancy end date despite having to obtain a check out report, contractor quotes and negotiate the final amount agreed.
However we understand your concerns and agree that you should not have been waiting for a call back and sincerely apologise for this. We would like to assure you that we take all feedback seriously and have discussed your comments at great length with the team in order to improve the overall experience.
With this said, we hope to have an opportunity to help you again and redeem your confidence in our company.

GoogleI have used Enfields for the purchase of two Student houses over the last 8 years . They were exremely quick efficient and helpful. They then helped me to sell one of these houses and again a quick and efficient service This year they found four students for me and I have continued to manage the house. The students were found, shown round the house and signed up quickly. All went well with no problems and I continue to manage the house. I am so pleased with them that from next year 2016/17 I will give them the full management of the house. I care about the students who live in my property and I care about my property by looking after it. It is therefore because I can trust Enfields I am giving them the full management. Enfields were the agent handling the flat we have purchased. Sam showed us around the flat on more than one occasion and was always friendly and professional. Then the fun began. The vendor’s solicitor has to be the most unprofessional on the planet. Kevin, and on occasion Adam had the unenviable job of chasing up the vendor and his solicitor over a period of 5 months... yes; you read that right, 5 MONTHS, and then report back to us. I cannot fault Enfields who were brilliant throughout. A special mention has to go to Kevin who had the most contact with the vendor and his solicitor (when he could get hold of the solicitor). He was positive and bubbly throughout but had great sympathy for what we were going through. I think the whole thing may well have fallen through if it wasn’t for his efforts. He made an unbearable experience more bearable for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Enfields if we wanted to move again. I hope it’s some time before we do though.
