Absolutely super. Shannen was fantastic from start to finish and made the entire process hassle free. I hadn't rented for many years and Shannen was on hand every step of the way to explain the stages and always kept me up-to-date. I literally couldn't have asked for more. I collected the keys for my new home yesterday and Shannen was there to greet me with a warm smile as she handed over the keys! Shannen is a credit to Enfields and I will definitely be recommending her and Enfields to friends and colleagues.

The agents of Enfields are awful. They are always on annual leave and there is no one to follow up our case. I currently have a renting contract with Enfields. At the end of April this year, I asked for a change of contract and the request was confirmed. But there has been no progress for over a month. There was never an update or an explanation in the delay. I sent a chasing email again on last Saturday and there is still no reply. Now the existing contract expired and I am asked to pay rent again for at least two months which costs more than £2,000. That amount could have been saved if the change of contract was completed in time.

The agency was very trustworthy throughout most of our renting process and handled the issues we had quite well. However, due to constant staff changes, there has been a lot of miscommunication. I vacated a property I rented through them five months ago and I am still having to chase them to return my deposit. When I went to return my keys, they refused to accept them because there was an issue involving the new tenant, even though my contract had already ended and it was no longer my responsibility. They suggested that I leave the keys with my previous housemate instead, which I did, but later they said they could not locate the keys. Overall, while the agency was reliable during the tenancy, the process after moving out has been quite frustrating due to the lack of clear communication and the ongoing delay with my deposit.

The best agency I have ever dealt with. I have been renting for 20 years and Enfields are honestly the best agency I have dealt with. My partner and I struggled so much to find a property that was suitable but Shannen was on the ball. And so patient showing us round flat and flat. She always took on board what our needs where and listened to our concerns over flats to ensure she ticked all the boxes for us. And when we found a place, my partner viewed and loved but I missed out. Louise was kind enough squeeze me in to show me round at the end of her day making her late leaving work. The process with getting the property has been so smooth. We had a couple of issues with the reference company but Shannen has been on at them getting it sorted for us. With constant communication from them. My partner and I have had many melt downs at various points but they have always been so reassuring. Shannen has put my mind at ease many times... that woman has the patience of a saint! I cant recommend this agents enough. I don't ever want to rent with anyone else. Honourable mention too to James who always answered the calls so quick and was on the ball passing messages on. And to Annah who took payment quicker then they had planned despite her having a busy day, as that suited us to pay that day. And for coming back and confirming she had received the payment and with an expectation of the next steps and a time frame!! Awesome agency!!

I just want to thank Genevieve Glancy for helped me in the situation i was since last year October 2023. I called on 10/06/24, on 11/06/24 Genevieve called me back saying she had organized for the plumber to come and fix my kitchen tap. I had been calling some of Enfields staff since last year but nothing was happening. I am giving these 5 stars to Genevieve, she is wonderful employee and takes the client's problems as her own. My kitchen tap was replaced because of Genevieve. Thank you, you are a great Enfields employee.

I have just let my property through Enfields Shirley and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the start, it has been an easy and stress free experience with Louise guiding and supporting me through the whole process. Louise’s communication and efficiency has been exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. I have dealt with a number of other lettings agents previously, both good and bad, but it makes such a difference when you find an agent that actually cares, is so personable and takes care of your property as if it were her own. I cannot thank Louise enough and she is an absolute asset to the company. I will only ever use Enfields in the future.

We have working closely together to deliver the best possibly website - not just a business tool for an estate agent, but primarily a genuine website to best serve their customers (very refreshing!). We are biased obviously but think the latest version of the website, that will no doubt continue to evolve, is one of the best out there.

Highly recommend Enfields! 5 ????? We've used allot of different letting agents over the years and being totally honest most have turned out to be an absolute nightmare to deal with. This time we've chosen Enfields and I'm very impressed. Enfields are probably the best letting agent we've ever used. Highly professional and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to rent a property. We dealt with Paul for the viewing and he was awesome. We dealt with Georgia for arranging the viewing and agreeing the property and I honestly must say She isn't your typical run of the mill letting agent - Were relocating from Leeds to Southampton and usually moving home is stressful at the best of times but relocating to a different area of the country should be allot more stressful than this actually is.. thanks to Georgia She's making the process quite simple. I have recently sold my apartment in South Western House through Enfields. Throughout the whole process all the members of staff I have spoken to have been extremely helpful. They have kept me informed of developments and given good advice. My property was let and at times it was difficult to gain access but they were willing to go the extra mile to assist a tenant and help me to sell.
