GoogleLouise and the team at Enfields took the stress out of renting my parent's property. The whole process was straightforward and professional with a personal touch. Their fees are also very reasonable and they didn’t quote me high and then haggle like other companies, they just came straight in with a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend them!

GoogleTeodora at Enfield Letting service Southampton, has provided me with a professional & prompt service. She has helped to navigate through the process & has been extremely patient, as I prefer to email rather than talk on the phone. Teodora has provided me with a wealth of information about the tenancy agreement & the deposit scheme. She also organised the gas safety test for me. GoogleAs landlords with a portfolio of properties we are generally very happy with the service received from the lettings division. Louise is great to discuss issues with and is quick to find suitable tenants, plus her personal opinion with regards to selection is valued. The team are good at returning calls and Morgen in accounts is prompt with statements payments. They were very helpful when the lettings division moved to a location distant from many of our properties by keeping spare keys for our use at the original selling agency location. We are happy to recommend them but would advise their own property maintenance contractors are somewhat pricey. JM,LD

GoogleTerrible experience obtaining my deposit back, took over 3 weeks to get a response from my landlord, and when I eventually did almost half of my deposit is being deducted on slight damage to the property that was already there when we moved into the property, and on issues we reported to the letting agents several times but wasn't addressed, money deducted on a burn mark on the carpet that wasn't there when we left the property. £288 deducted on cleaning the property when I got the property cleaned. They makes sure you pay your deposit, but whenit comes to getting your deposit back you left waiting for weeks only to discover you will not receive the full amount you paid. Absolutely disgusting. I have never had this problem before. Cannot be bothered to dispute this as probably going to take 3-4 weeks again just to get the same result.

Annah handed over the apartment, took the time to show me everything and provided a brochure with detailed photographs documenting its condition at the time of handover. She was very kind and welcoming, and she has been just as helpful ever since. I highly recommend Enfields Letting Agents

Louise and her team have been professional and efficient from the start which has made the whole experience easy and stress free. We couldn’t be happier with the service and in knowing that our property and tenants are well looked after. We cannot recommend Louise and the Enfields lettings team highly enough.

GoogleWe found Louise and her whole team really proactive, professional and easy to deal with. They communicated everything very promptly and nothing was too much trouble. We got offers to rent our flat quickly, but sadly 2 sets of tenants let us down. The team was undaunted in finding quick replacements. We would definitely recommend this branch to anyone, and we will return when we need more tenants. Many thanks Ladies!

GoogleEnfields took over the management of our flat last year, and we have been very impressed with the service they provide. Gen Glancy is our key contact and she competently handled all the arrangements for checking out tenants at the end of their tenancy, providing a very detailed check out report and diligently following up on the work required to relet the property. She responds quickly and positively to any emails and efficiently liaises with our tenants whenever necessary.

GoogleHaving not had the best experience with previous estate agents we were unsure about which (if any) agency we should use to let and manage our property but having read excellent reviews, decided to go with Louise at Enfield’s and it was certainly the best decision we could have made. Louise is exceptional, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, she took all the stress out of the letting process, arranging everything for us and keeping us informed at all times. Enfield’s provide an outstanding service and we couldn’t recommend them or Louise more highly.

GoogleVery disappointing experience. I provided every document they asked for honestly and on time, but despite this, they rejected my application with unclear reasons. They took my holding deposit before giving me a tenancy agreement and then changed their terms later. Communication was poor, and I felt treated unfairly throughout the process. I wouldn’t recommend this agency based on my experience.

GoogleWe have worked with Paul and his team at Enfields for many years and have always been impressed by their attitude to online marketing… accepting the need to constantly evolve and keep up with user trends and changes on the web and in their industry. We have working closely together to deliver the best possibly website - not just a business tool for an estate agent, but primarily a genuine website to best serve their customers (very refreshing!). We are biased obviously but think the latest version of the website, that will no doubt continue to evolve, is one of the best out there.

GoogleWe have been using Enfield's letting services for many years now. With all the maintenance and general running of the properties, it's great to leave the finding of tenants to them. One phone call to Louise and the procedure begins. Tenant found within two weeks, paperwork sorted, together with all necessary notices served. Utterly faultless. Fee's have gone up, as informed, but so has the rent obtained for what was advertised. Can't argue with that :)
