As a first time buyer, Enfields made the whole process very easy and as stress free as possible. Jamie and Mark were excellent throughout, including showing me a property I would never have even considered which has become the one I eventually bought! They were happy for me to view properties without any pressure and at my own pace, answered all the questions I had at each stage and kept me in the loop with how the sale was progressing. Both Jamie and Mark were very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Currently having to stay elsewhere as the property I’m renting has broken windows. This issue was reported well over a month ago (possible pushing two months) which has been ignored even though it states these issues will be dealt with within 28 days. I have a 1 year old that I can’t risk being in a house as cold as the outside, I’ve sent in a report, phoned and emailed about this issue and it’s still being ignored now!!

Shockingly unprofessional. Openly tries to encourage bidding wars on properties, even after an offer has been accepted. Buyer beware. I thought gazumping had stopped. The agent should just offer the vendor a modern day auction if this is what you're really offering. Although, your not Ebay are you Jamie @ Enfields. Hope the chain breaks down or the new buyers can't get a mortgage. Interestingly, 48% of properties are being over valued by agents and subsequently re valued by mortgage companies and then the sale breaks down.
