I purchased a new build property and the company used two agents in the Southampton area, one of which was Enfields. Even though they weren't allowed to give me much information as they had to deal with the new build company, Sam at Enfields was exceptional on the viewings and constantly working around our shift patterns for viewings and got the property sold for us in no time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

GoogleBooked a viewing in Eastleigh with this agency. I asked for a day off to be able to go there from Winchester, and after a confirmation the same morning, one hour before the viewing ( I was at the train station and I had already bought train tickets) they called me saying Im sorry the viewing is canceled because someone has just rent the house now. Well, I found it really rude and not a serious attitude for an agency. If i could give less than 1 star i would.
Alice, it has been a while but I just wanted to say that we were not being rude, we had informed you so that we wouldn't waste your time viewing a property that had been taken that day. I am sure you would not have been happy if we had showed you around and then told you it had been let.

Shaun Jordan has been really helpful during what turned out to be a rather long purchase (to do with paperwork, not the Estate Agency) He kept us up to date and liaised between all parties so we knew what was going on. Even when it all felt rather endless he stayed calm and supportive and helped to jog the process along. He also stayed late to get some answers for us so we didn't have to worry over the weekend. All in all it has been great having him as our agent.

I changed my selling agent to Enfields as my previous attempt at a sale fell through mostly I felt because of lack of thoroughness and contact on behalf of the agent. On moving to Enfields I have found them to be proactive with regard to viewings and feedback. Shaun is like a terrier and hangs onto the heals of anyone, purchaser or solicitor, who he sees as hindering the progression of the sale. Often there is little he can actually do if prospective purchasers delay but at least he gets to the truth of the matter. In the world of buying and selling property a little bit of truth goes a long way. Many thanks Shaun on a successful conclusion. Well done.

GoogleWe're very pleased with the service provided by Enfields. They delivered on everything they promised and you really can't ask for more than that. Pre-sale we had multiple viewings every week and were kept constantly up to date with viewer feedback and advice. Enfields sold our house after only 3 weeks! Post-sale, we continued to receive great service. Although our chain wasn't straight forward, Joanne kept us informed as to what was going on every week and was very friendly, knowledgable and professional at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enfields to all of our friends.

GoogleIf you're buying or selling avoid this agent at all costs! There are both cheaper and more expensive agents in the Waterside area offering a much better service. We experienced a series of errors with Enfields, Hythe, all of which could have been avoided. They struck us as desperate for business but unable to deliver. They don't communicate with one another, other agents or the clients and appear to lack basic common courtesy and sense. Expect the worst if you're stuck in a chain with this company.

GoogleAppalling.Once they'd secured a sale they did nothing if they could help it,Every time we rang them we would get fobbed of with excuses and promises to ring back that never happened. We used Enfields despite being one of the more expensive because of a previous positive experience,unfortunately the people we dealt with first time round no longer worked in this office. After a 6 month slog to sell a house where there was no chain involved, our advice would be - Avoid Enfields at all costs, moving house is stressful enough without having to battle with the estate agents..
