GoogleEnfields were fantastic when it came to selling my flat. Out of four other estate agents they valued my property at the highest amount, so I was dubious it would get anything near this. I was wrong, as not only did they get me an amount very close to their estimate, but it all happened in less than a week. They had secured a viewing before my flat had even gone on the market and within a day of it going online I had accepted a second offer. I personally dealt with Bethany Hawker, who was friendly, professional and always on hand to answer my queries. The team in the office were also very friendly and always did what they could to help with anything I needed. This is the first time I've sold a property and I would definitely recommend Enfields for the job.

My initial contact was with Bethany who showed me round a potential flat in a very professional way and was very honest with her appraisal. With Bethany's and Jonathan's help I negotiated a price and proceeded with the purchase. Both kept me fully informed of the progress at every stage and liased with the solicitors on my behalf. Google2 and a bit years ago we bought our first home through Enfields and due to no fault of the company it was a long, arduous process but throughout we were shown the highest amount of patience and friendly, professional service and couldn't of asked for more.
Because of the way we were dealt with, when it came to selling and moving again there was no hesitation in picking up the phone to use Jonathan, Bethany and their team at Enfields again to deal with our sale.
At no point did we recieve any 'flannel' or BS which unfortunately you do with many other agents, when we sent (frequent) emails they were replied to almost always within an hour, whenever we called (even more frequently) again we received equally as prompt call backs if on the rare occasion the team were otherwise engaged when we called.
Then as for rates the commission was a very competitive figure which was good for us and also incentivised for the company.
If like us you're a bit nervous with all things buying or selling property I really couldn't recommend anyone more than this agent.
Our house went up for sale the end of February, a buyer found within 5 weeks and the sale completed in equally decent time pushed through all the way by Jonathan and his team.

GoogleThis branch is Closed and Enfields refuse to remove it from Google and even their own website.
They only have one branch left in the Bournemouth which is in Winton, and this is like so many of the local agents where there poor service and lack of respect for customers is clear and they are on the decline.
Karma has caught up with this joke agency, which is built on smoke and mirrors.

Contrary to your review the reason for this move is to provide more space which is essential for us to expand our business rather than be on the decline.
I understand your frustration when your buyers withdrew from your sale but we did all we could to progress the sale to a satisfactory conclusion but there were many factors completely out of our control that were the cause.

GoogleWe are moving into our new rented property with Enfields in the next couple of weeks and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received over the last month or so. After the horror story we had with the letting's agency that we initially rented with last year it is a welcome change to be treated with respect and like a valued customer by Enfields.
Kim Fishlock who was our primary point of contact with the agency was excellent and the initial viewing of the property was amazing, we had no questions to ask at the end of the viewing as Kim covered all of them when showing us around. Contact with the company has been easy and referencing and preparing our move has been incredibly simple, another welcome change as with most agency's you will spend so many weeks stressing and chasing people up to do their jobs!
Not a single bad thing to say about our experience with Enfields and I wish Kim and the company all the best in the future!
