I was extremely satisfied with the service from Enfields Hythe. My property was listed for sale and then sold within the first 2 weeks of it being available. The branch manager (Jamie Lines) came and valued my property and was very professional with his approach. Chris Kerr kept me informed on the progress from start to finish and dealt with any matters that came up with a matter of urgency. I would recommend Enfields Hythe to anybody looking to sell their property as their communication throughout was brilliant.

Shockingly unprofessional. Openly tries to encourage bidding wars on properties, even after an offer has been accepted. Buyer beware. I thought gazumping had stopped. The agent should just offer the vendor a modern day auction if this is what you're really offering. Although, your not Ebay are you Jamie @ Enfields. Hope the chain breaks down or the new buyers can't get a mortgage. Interestingly, 48% of properties are being over valued by agents and subsequently re valued by mortgage companies and then the sale breaks down.

Appalling.Once they'd secured a sale they did nothing if they could help it,Every time we rang them we would get fobbed of with excuses and promises to ring back that never happened. We used Enfields despite being one of the more expensive because of a previous positive experience,unfortunately the people we dealt with first time round no longer worked in this office. After a 6 month slog to sell a house where there was no chain involved, our advice would be - Avoid Enfields at all costs, moving house is stressful enough without having to battle with the estate agents..

If you're buying or selling avoid this agent at all costs! There are both cheaper and more expensive agents in the Waterside area offering a much better service. We experienced a series of errors with Enfields, Hythe, all of which could have been avoided. They struck us as desperate for business but unable to deliver. They don't communicate with one another, other agents or the clients and appear to lack basic common courtesy and sense. Expect the worst if you're stuck in a chain with this company.
