I recently sold my property through Enfields. From start to finish, the whole team were extremely professional. I found any query I had dealt with immediately.I was always made to feel welcome in their friendly office and nothing was too much trouble. Macey and Danya were always helpful, knowledgeable and highly professional.Through their excellent advice on viewings,I sold my property within a week. Joanne in particular, kept me informed every step of the way throughout the sale procedure and, in addition, I felt confident with her dealing with my buyers. Enfield's represented the seller in our property purchase in July 2022. I cannot praise the team enough, particularly Joanne Boaler for all their kindness and support. My wife has been very ill and I wanted the sale to complete before her treatment got more intense. Enfield's pulled out all the stops to help, despite us not being their client. They were honest, kept their word on any actions and had the patience of saints! Thank you for the lovely welcome gift when we collected the keys. All parties were happy in the end and we are continuing to enjoy our new home. We would definitely use Enfield's if we consider selling in the future.

I went through a long slog to get to completion of my house sale.it was hell at times.but I would honestly say,it was Enfeilds who actually gave me hope throughout the whole trauma.won’t bore with details but I will say,Joanne Boaler is the real deal.what a package.she was everything I needed her to be whenever I needed it.counsiler,friend,estate agent and a whole lot more.without her help and assistance I don’t think it would have gone through in a month of Sundays.so from my view,Enfeilds we’re fantastic all the way and handled my really complex sale to its end.massive thanks to all who had the misfortune throughout.great service but,extra special Thankyou to Joanne.you work was extremely appreciated.

Joanne is fab at helping you secure your dream home and taking a lot of the stress away as she is just so good at her job! Sold twice now through Enfields (Pontefract). They are simply the best at what they do. Front end selling team (Andrew) managed to sell my property really quickly, and for the right price. Selling a house during the Covid-19 crisis was never going to be easy, especially as my house was listed prior to the first lockdown! My only wish is that I could score this company ZERO. They do not call you back when promised. They tell blatant lies and the MD, Chris Heaps is a condescending arrogant P**** Avoid at all costs, try Richard Kendalls if you require a professional outfit. I appreciate the condescending and sarcastic comment to my review. All I have done is tell the truth. It just proves what an outfit and person you actually are. I have spoken with the vendor and you are nothing but a liar. I will prove this with evidence. You state that you have sold 1000’s of properties yet the company only has 173 reviews. Makes me wonder what the majority of the customers actually think?? I certainly know of a few that have had a poor experience and I will now convince them to leave a comment. Members of your own staff have left reviews - how professional. 😜 This is not the first time that I’ve had an extremely poor service from that office so please, lose the attitude. I wouldn’t trust Enfields to know what day of the week it is, never mind run a bath.

My husband and I chose the Luxe selling package. We were thrilled with the service we received and the luxury brochure that Enfields produced. I have no hesitation in saying that if you are thinking about selling your home your wisest move would be to use Enfields as in my opinion they are the best in their field .... I don't like giving bad reviews but I have to be honest. I was an bit disappointed really. Started strong with the initial visit, and the lady who took pictures to set up the ad was nice, but they didn't seem to want to know me anymore once a buyer was found. Always felt like I was somehow getting on someone's nerves by calling and that's on the rare occasion that I got through in the first place. Most of the time the person I tried to speak to wasn't available and several times I requested a call back it never happened! Also cost me 3x what it would have elsewhere, but that's my own fault for not shopping around. I just wanted a hassle free experience but I'd have expected someone to at least return a call occasionally. Oh, also expecting me to drop the keys off on the day I'm moving, on my own, stressed out of my mind in total chaos with 4 animals roaming around, when they are just down the road, only did 1 viewing and earned just under 7 grand for their efforts - it would have been nice if they offered to pick the keys up at least! For 7 grand and 1 viewing, I'd drive to Bristol to get the keys, never mind 5 minutes down the road!! I'd definitely shop around in future.

I'm not one for completing these reviews but felt compelled to do this, not only to inform others who are in a position I was in n when choosing an agent, but to let the team know what a brilliant job they did. If you are looking to sell a house in this area then absolutely speak to Chris and his team and go with Enfields. I considered marketing with the on line agents but the amount of time, work and enthusiasm that everyone put in to making sure we got the best possible price was worth the extra few pounds we might have saved. I considered a number of local agents but due to a personal recommendation and after my first meeting with Chris my mind was made up. He is clearly an expert in this field leading a brilliant team who are totally focussed on their customers. The sale took longer than I wanted but this was nothing to do Enfields, who remained as enthusiastic on the day of completion as they were when doing the initial visit and valuation. I'm not sure this would have been the case with the on line agents who would have had my fee banked months earlier. I went 'in house' with all the extras required( solicitors, energy pack etc) and glad I did as Enfields sorted everything with no fuss or work for me. To say I was a bit of a nuisance to the team I know is a massive understatement, but they never once took their eye off the ball and got the job done, despite a number of setbacks and problems, again none being the fault of the agent. Special mention to Brad who did everything he could and lifted every rock to find a buyer, Sophie who has more energy and enthusiasm than anyone I have ever met and Joanne who should get a job at the United Nations for her negotiating and influencing skills.

When selling my mothers house I asked a well known chain of estate agents as well as Enfields for a valuation. I met both estate agents on the same day and selected Enfields as Andrew Baxter was so passionate and enthusiastic about his business and what Enfields could offer and we felt the marketing package was superior. Within a week of the property being placed on the internet we had an offer and the whole sale was completed in less then 3 months from the initial valuation. Enfields arranged the Energy Performance Certificate, the solicitors, carried out all the viewings and kept me informed through the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone selling a property.

would 100% recommend, my flat went up for sale on the Friday, 3 hours later i had a viewing for the next day and it was sold on the Monday! We have received a brilliant service marketing our property. We moved over from another large corporate estate agent that we were disappointed with and received better service within the first day than we did two weeks with the previous company. We were kept up to date with progress and Bradley was always available to answer any questions. He appreciated that we needed a quick sale and we had an offer within 12 days of the property being online. I use many agents throughout Yorkshire but I find Enfields at Pontefract to be straight talking and a very proactive estate agent. I have marketed several properties with them all of which sold within reasonable timescales, the in house sales progressing handled by Joanne is a life saver and takes away most of the stress. All around the team are friendly and approachable and they get the results I need. Keep it up :-)
