The Enfields team are amazing, so efficient and helped to sell my house within such a short space of time (given the circumstances with Covid & various lockdowns I am extremely impressed with the speed of the sale and completion). The team were in constant communication with myself and my buyer, the process was extremely smooth and I truly believe if it wasn't for Enfields, I would not have completed on my house sale as quickly. I put my property on the market with purple bricks back in April 2019. In the 9 months that they marketed my property I had 3 viewings one offer that fell through that I was not informed of until I made a call to them. I switched agents to Enfields at the start of 2020 and within 2 weeks had more viewings in the whole 9 months with Purple bricks and even better an accepted offer. The communication from all at Enfields is second to none and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling to use them.

I really needed an estate agents that would go that extra mile as selling from a distance - from the valuation visits I got that feeling straight away from Enfields - listed the house very quickly in time for Xmas and an offer made on the property very quickly afterwards. They were very proactive and helpful throughout the whole process - never took their foot off the gas and helped with clearing the property right to the final meter readings! So glad that I went with them - they seemed to care about what they do and the property I was selling more than any of the other agents I saw . Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Enfields did a great job at negotiating the purchase of a property we recently bought for rent. They were extrememly professional and helpful throghout the whole process. Joanne even came out to meet me and my partner with the vendor during after hours to witness the conversation about boundries and was quick to follow up with telephone calls and text messages to get the contract completed on time. Whilst purchasing my house I had already had several other estate agents who I was not impressed with, Joanne at Enfields has being so helpful keeping me informed with each stage of the sale and explaining all the technical terms. First impression is a clean and efficient open plan office with smart intelligent staff. The place is clean and the process of buying or renting is also done in a methodical way. Apart from the normal buying selling or renting service you would expect, they also supply a full portfolio of support services - a one stop shop of services to take the worry and ease this stressful process through to conclusion. The staff are well dressed, polite and approachable with a knowledgeable helping hand along the way.

We purchased our house through Enfields at the end of February. The service was excellent and all the team were really helpful. I was really impressed with the sales progression, they worked hard to chase solicitors and keep things moving and it was nice knowing that we had someone we could trust to simply manage it without prompting. Even after the sale completed they responded quickly to additional queries. We are very happy in our home and hope to spend many years here, however when we decide that it is time to move again we will definitely be in contact with Enfields.

After looking for over a year for a property after selling our house, Sophie looked at where previous estate agents were going wrong in meeting our requirements and helped us secure our perfect home. She really listened to what we needed and went out of her way to find it. She found us a property, we viewed and had an offer accepted the same day. Once our offer was accepted Joanne helped us with the progression of our purchase, she kept us fully informed and ensured everything ran smoothly. I viewed the most amazing home , Sophi showed me around - I gushed about how wonderful the house was and she joined in and built my excitement . A really lovely lady . Jo was then the person who dealt with us in the actual proceeds of the sale - she has been my emotional rock throughout the sale listening to my frustrated rants and chasing things up . There have been dark moments when the first potential sale fell through and the sense of despair that followed. Me and my partner were looking for a place to rent for ages since it’d be our first home together and we obviously wanted it to be as perfect as possible. When we found a property with Enfields we immediately contacted them to book a viewing, since the property was absolutely stunning. Now we are in progress of filling in all the necessary paperwork and if everything goes well,- were moving in at the beginning of January. The bottom line is,- guys in Enfields are super nice, honest and helpful. If it is your first property they will no doubt guide you through the process and suggest the best option. These guys have push boundaries to get for us to move house! Everyone is very friendly and personable which is what we like in a service.
