FacebookI have worked for other agents throughout my 17 years in the industry and I can honestly say this is the best one. Corporate, ha! not what you think. They might have the name and the big fancy office, but does that sell your home. No! you and the staff are just a number on a spreadsheet.

I have never had a void period and the tenants they have found have been excellent. The management team have always kept be updated, dealing with any issue with the property and tenants which were my main concerns when letting out my property.

The staff do not respond to emails when I attempt to book the viewing of a property, when I call the office to book a viewing the staff take information and say they'll call back...they don't. As a result the properties are sold before I could even view it. So useless.

Thank you for giving me time to investigate your comments.
Discrimination is something we take very seriously at Enfields and in some cases it is restricted through certain legislation.
We are also regulated through The Property Ombudsman as well as The Association of Letting Agents and must work to a strict code of conduct.
At the time of your interest on the property we had a second party who also demonstrated an interest in letting it. The landlord ultimately makes the decision and that was based on the ‘basic’ information you and the other party provided.
Having made my enquiries we are sure that the landlord would have made the same decision even if you would have provided further formal details.
We understand your disappointment but the decision by the landlord was based on the other tenants particular circumstance and his decision was not personal.
If you feel you were discriminated against you are obviously within your right to make a formal complaint in writing to The Property Ombudsman who would investigate this further.
