FacebookIf you would like to sell you house ruthlessly and with no morals, couldn’t recommend them enough!! They sold the house I was buying without informing me, but apparently it’s ok as they didn’t re-market, just rung round potential buyers!!
Hi Victoria. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We completely understand why you would feel the way you do. House selling and buying is a very stressful time with lots of highs and lows along the way. When a chain falls through in the way it did here we often wish we could provide a happy outcome for everyone. Unfortunately in a situation like this our paying client ‘the sellers’ expect us to act in their best interest. The only way we can do that when a chain below them falls through is to provide them with another buyer as soon as we possibly can. Obviously in this case it was from our registered buyers which removed the need re-market the property. We know by doing this that we would create a very disappointing outcome for you. We truly feel that. We hope you have found your dream home and hopefully another happy outcome has come out of this. We wish you well and good luck in the future. All the team at enfields.

GoogleProfessional and helpful, especially when the sale 'dragged on a fair bit' due to matters at the beginning of the chain. House sold to first person who viewed (prior to photos and Rightmove) who were on an Enfields alert listing. Would recommend.

GoogleI wouldn't recommend them, the guy came out and did his sale pitch offering all these things we accepted and none of the sale pitch matched what they actually did. Didn't return calls when asking for information, no help was given.

GoogleI know three year olds with better communication skills than Enfields. They never ring you back. If you have a property to sell take it elsewhere: they are lazy and unprofessional.
We have looked into your comments and can see the property you enquired on is a tenanted property and we are unable to arrange viewings as we cannot gain access. We held your details to let you know once we were starting to conduct the viewings. As we are unable to gain access we have withdrawn the property from the market short term. Sorry that the service your received was not what you expected. This is not our usual practice but understand your disappointment.
