GoogleThe communication is none existent. The staff do not respond to emails when I attempt to book the viewing of a property, when I call the office to book a viewing the staff take information and say they'll call back...they don't. As a result the properties are sold before I could even view it. So useless.

Rosie who booked in viewings last minute for me was wonderful, really friendly helpful girl with lots of info, and went way above and beyond her role for us & was lovely when my daughter came over sick during viewings. Nice to get a personal touch and not just a business approach, for me this makes a big difference.
