Myself and the team are really disappointed to read this as we sold your house within 3 weeks of going to market and for a higher price than you originally wanted. On top of that I personally spent 6 months negotiating the sale progression and keeping your buyers happy waiting for you to find. I also contacted caravan parks on your behalf to try and arrange your alternative accommodation. With regards to the keys, because of the way completions work it is not logistically possible for an estate agent to collect from a homeowner, this is standard within the industry. Despite your review, we are happy for you
and your buyer that we managed to keep the sale together and help everyone move. The past year has been challenging to say the least but we will continue to try our very best to provide everybody with the best service possible.
