This was the first time for me buying a property and didn't know as much about the process as I probably should have. Kevin was amazing at helping me through this, and always kept in contact even when the solicitors had delays with this and that. He was instrumental in getting us through some of the more tricky enquiries that was slowing the purchase down. Without his assistance, the purchase would certainly have taken much longer to complete. I am so very grateful for his help!

I highly recommend Enfields in Bitterne. We have just completed on our first house and Kevin has been amazing with us. As first time buyers, we were unsure of how long everything would take or what the process was. Kevin has been so helpful in keeping in contact with us and updating us on what was happening. Thank you to Rio who showed us around our house and Daryl who showed us around another house whilst we were waiting to find out if our offer had been accepted. After viewing a few properties and experiencing Estate Agents who didn't make an effort to show us around a place and were then pushy in asking us to make an offer, it was lovely to have Rio and Daryl show a genuine interest in what we were really looking for, If we move again, we will definitely be in contact with Kevin and his team!

The whole process, from arranging viewings to exchanging on the property, has been dealt with brilliantly by the team at Enfields. Rio did a great job of showing off the property, allowing us to see the property on our own terms. During the offer processes onwards, we communicated predominantly with Kevin. Via Kevin, communication with the seller, regarding fixtures and fittings, exchange date, etc., was simple and quick. I can't praise Kevin and his team enough for how they kept us in the loop as first time buyers, took us through the whole process, and fielded different requests. They have all been patient and easy to work with. I would recommend using this branch.

I personally cannot thank the staff and Kevin in particular enough for their invaluable support and guidance throughout the protracted purchase of my home. Even though I was just the buyer, I always felt that my interests were taken into account as much as the seller's. I was always kept updated by Kevin throughout the process, even when nothing seemed to be happening!! and his help with non-helpful solicitors was more than appreciated.. I have been in contact with various Estate and Lettings agents throughout the years, but this is the first time I will actually recommend one.

We used Enfields Bitterne as a buyer, when we were purchasing our first home. We largely dealt with Kevin, however also spoke with other members of the team throughout the purchase. We came across a couple of hurdles during the purchase and Kevin was quick to offer support and guidance, which as first time buyers was incredibly valuable. Kevin kept us up to date with progress during the purchase on behalf of the seller, and by contacting our solicitor directly. He was prompt in finding answers to our questions and explained any required actions to us clearly. Although working to represent the seller we really felt like he had both parties interests in mind and worked to create solutions that satisfied both the seller and ourselves. We couldn't have been happier with the support Enfields provided during our purchase, and would likely choose to use their services when we decide it's time for us to sell in the future.

Having moved from Scotland to Southampton recently my partner and I were new to the English buying system. Having an elusive lawyer(s) we learned quickly that unless we contacted Shaun our estate agent at Enfields nothing much happened. He took the time to explain things and he acted as intermediary between the two lawyers, sellers and ourselves. Without him I still believe we would be going through the buying process but today we went to pick up the keys to our new home. :) Thank you so much Shaun, Sam and the rest of the team for your professionalism, understanding and patience ...........but please if you have any influence change this God awful sysytem! We have just exchanged in a long chain which up until the last moment looked to be an impossible task. I understand from our solicitor and other's in the chain that this has been a particularely difficult chain but thankfully we have the completion date which we hoped for. It has been our Seller's estate agent Enfields, specifically Shaun Jordan, who has been the driving force throughout. He has maintained a detailed oversight of the chain's issues and progress over the last month and been a crucial point of contact for us as well as the solicitors up and down the chain. Shaun's proactive approach has significantly eased the stress of our purchase and no doubt we wouldn't have exchanged contracts yet without him. Whenever Shaun has been unavailable for short periods (very rare), Sam Binnington has taken over the case and been an excellent second contact. Sam has been involved in the purchase from the viewing and was our main point of contact when making our offer and negotiating the price. This step involved quite a lot of conversation and Sam made this run smoothly with a very quick turn around of questions and offers. It has been invaluable to have two contacts at Enfield with knowledge of our purchase. We have found that Enfields have always been quick to reply, to chase others and to get back to us. Whenever we may come to need an estate agents in the future, we will use the Enfields team. I cannot rate their efforts and approch highly enough. Thanks, Jack & Emily

Last year I decided to purchase my first ever house. I had initially started my search (and made my first offer) with a very large, well established estate agent. I found them to be highly unprofessional and unapproachable, so decided to use someone else. I therefore decided to try and find (and purchase) my first house using Enfields. My first point of contact was Sam. Sam was SO approachable, friendly and professional and immediately made me feel at ease. I decided from that moment on that I would only use Enfields- all because of Sam. Being a first time buyer, initially everything was overwhelming for me and I felt like I knew nothing. Sam was so patient and understanding and he answered any questions I had and never made me feel uncomfortable. Sam was forever contacting me to ensure everything was ok, and to see how he could help me. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Sam and he really went above and beyond his role. There were several issues delaying my purchase, but along with Shaun, Sam kept me informed at all times and put me at ease. Every time I went into the estate agent in person, Sam would always stop what he was doing to come over to speak to me (even if I wasn't going to see him personally) - I think this says a lot about him! I cannot thank Sam enough. He is kind, caring, approachable, knowledgable, thoughtful, respectful, proactive, genuine, professional and a credit to Enfields. I work in the customer service industry for a large well-known company and can appreciate how important exceptional customer service is. For this reason, I want to express my gratitude to Sam for all of his outstanding work. He is an asset to Enfields and because of Sam, I will now recommend Enfields to my friends and family and ensure I use them for any future sales or purchases.

Shaun took charge over the purchase of my first ever property and from the very first contact with him, he made me feel at ease and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Our purchase took a lot longer than planned due to various issues with solicitors and the vendors' forward purchase. I was very close to pulling out of my purchase due to the issues and the lack of communication from both solicitors and the associated parties involved, However, thanks to Shaun being so understanding and proactive, he ensured calls were made and emails sent on a regular basis, always keeping me informed. Right up until I personally picked up the keys from Shaun, he was approachable, considerate, helpful, professional and polite. It was a true pleasure to have him look after me and my purchase and I cannot thank him enough for all his help and dedication.

They made the whole process run smoothly and a lot more stress free than it could have been. They never made me feel pushed or under pressure.
