As a first time buyer, I was quite apprehensive about buying and obviously came across a few estate agents. Enfields were certainly the best I came across; very polite and professional, and upfront with any information they had such as lease and boiler servicing without being pushy. Phone calls and emails were always responded to quickly. I've mainly been dealing with Shaun and Sam, who have both been great!

The process of buying a flat has taken an extremely long time. However I can confidently say that if it wasn't for Sam and Shaun this process would have taken a lot longer. Sam has been flexible with regards to the viewings, and has been happy to let me spend as much time as needed as well as been very punctual. Shaun has resolved many issues with regards to this purchase. Whenever I have had a query he has either answered it , or given an update on the same day. Thanks both! Alex Whitehouse

Luckily we found a flat for our daughter at Enfields. They were friendly, helpful and kept us informed at every stage of the purchase. A very professional and well organised team. It was refreshing to find Enfields as our experiences with other agents were not very good. Most were difficult to get hold of, would not answer the phone or emails, would not ring back, one didn't even get back to us when we requested a viewing (crazy to put off a cash buyer). . Enfields shone above all others and were a real pleasure to deal with.

Myself and my partner were looking for properties in the Southampton area for a while, when we finally found the property we liked in the Shirley area the people working at Enfields were faultless in terms of helping us out. Being first time buyers we didn't know what to expect but Sam and Shaun guided us to make it a smooth transaction and I would recommend them.

Having viewing numerous properties in SO14 with a number of agents, I found them being very pushy and trying to push mortgages instead of the property, this was until I met Sam at Enfields who actually treated me like a human with normal interaction instead of just a sales pitch. His knowledge of the area was very good and this made me want to view with him and the properties they had which ultimately led to my purchase in West Central. Although the conveyancing took longer than expected, I couldn't fault Enfields as an agent.

Shaun Jordan has been really helpful during what turned out to be a rather long purchase (to do with paperwork, not the Estate Agency) He kept us up to date and liaised between all parties so we knew what was going on. Even when it all felt rather endless he stayed calm and supportive and helped to jog the process along. He also stayed late to get some answers for us so we didn't have to worry over the weekend. All in all it has been great having him as our agent.

I cant speak highly enough of Sam Binnington and his support throughout the purchase of our flat. The communication was constant and he had an answer for everything we asked. The whole process went as smoothly as it could have and a lot of that was down to Sam's help and allowing us access to the property when required.

We have had quite a long drawn out period buying our property but they stuck with us, all the members of staff we dealt with were brilliant. We dealt with Kevin mostly and he was absolutely fab couldn't praise him more!! He was chasing things up and giving us regular updates even if there wasn't much to report. He was always easy to contact and always very willing to help out with anything. Very good experience with Enfields!

The service from Enfields was excellent from start to finish. Shaun Jordan was our contact and he was instrumental in getting (being polite) ambivalent solicitors on both sides to move to completion and he kept up the pressure on them to act. We were kept informed at every step and Shaun’s general advice and assistance was very helpful to us as the buyers. Many thanks Enfields - I have somewhat changed my view about Estate Agents.

View AgentsEnfields were Top Notch in exceptionally poor circumstances
Enfields were the agent handling the flat we have purchased. Sam showed us around the flat on more than one occasion and was always friendly and professional. Then the fun began. The vendor’s solicitor has to be the most unprofessional on the planet. Kevin, and on occasion Adam had the unenviable job of chasing up the vendor and his solicitor over a period of 5 months... yes; you read that right, 5 MONTHS, and then report back to us. I cannot fault Enfields who were brilliant throughout. A special mention has to go to Kevin who had the most contact with the vendor and his solicitor (when he could get hold of the solicitor). He was positive and bubbly throughout but had great sympathy for what we were going through. I think the whole thing may well have fallen through if it wasn’t for his efforts. He made an unbearable experience more bearable for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Enfields if we wanted to move again. I hope it’s some time before we do though.

I brought a property through Enfields in Oxford Street and the knowledge that Sam showed of the Ocean Village area was expectional. It was refreshing to have an agent who knew the area and the apartment blocks well and he actually gave an honest opinion compared to some agents that I viewed with before buying my property. I wouldn't hesitate in using Enfields again when buying another property in the City Centre and I would recommend people to use Sam when wanting to know further information about the city centre and Ocean Village areas.
