I wouldn't recommend simply because they are time wasters. Looking for a new property,attending viewings joggling with the work to find time to look for a decent new home(never rely on the advert pictures to avoid disappointment) where as tenant will pay for rent and bills not the agency.So we as tenants we are their costumers and when you show interest and want to apply for a property filling the application form not even get to referencing process or get an answer either yes or no ...a week later being advised to look for other property that's what I call time WASTERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL...Looking to the reviews same Abigail she got 5* (wonder if fake review) now she get 1* .For a week I was chasing my application and never had a call back or email with whatever excuse. Communication is the key. With other agency took me 2 days to sign the agreement after I find what I like.

I signed up with Enfields on 8/6/26 after I was promised the very best service at a selling price suggested by them. They were very confident that my property would be sold very quickly at this suggested price. Here we are nearly 3 months later, with not even one viewing.....Yes that's right...NOT ONE VIEWING. After approx 2 months I suggested that a price reduction might be beneficial, but this didn't produce anything either. I had to chase Enfields everytime, there seemed to be no enthusiasm from them....as their strapline says..."your property-our priority" may be should read ...." Your property- not a priority" I will never use them again. They have put my life back 3 months.

By far the best Estate Agent in Parkstone. From the get go George showed a huge interest in our property and really believed in the interest he could get.
