I would like to thank Kevin and his staff for the excellent Customer Service offered throughout the sale of our house and onward purchase. From our very first meeting with Daryl who valued the house, through to completion, we couldn't have asked for better. Communication was fantastic, weekly phone calls from Kevin with updates (whether there was anything new or not), from chasing up our buyers solicitors to answering simple queries, he always displayed a cheery 'can do' attitude. The exception to prove the rule. Kevin and his team demonstrated to myself, my family (who are somewhat sceptical of estate agents) and in turn, my property's new homeowner, precisely why they are considered market leaders in the very competitive Bitterne property market. From initial contact through to post-sale after-service, the team were always available, whether in office, via email or at the end of a phone - particularly Kevin, who as owner of the business showed considerable experience and a calm, collected manner when dealing with what many describe as "one of the most stressful things you can do" - namely moving home by buying and selling a property. Having achieved the sale price initially indicated and agreed upon when first valuing the property, as well as attaining it within the target timeframe that I needed, I can honestly say that the Enfields Bitterne team are the only team of professionals I could recommend, when selling or buying a home within east Southampton. Having dealt with property for most of my adult life in some form or another, it was a welcome change in this instance to be able to rely upon the advice of others for a change. If you are thinking about moving, buying a home or indeed selling a property in an area covered by Kevin and his team, then I would not hesitate to recommend them to you, as I have to others. Adam and Kevin were fantastic when we sold our property in Sholing. From the valuation stage through to exchange we were kept up to date throughout. Moving is stressful and our move was no exception, but despite myself and my partner completely stressing and panicking constantly Kevin handled the sale (and us!) brilliantly. An actual face to face service rather than a random person you can only contact on the phone and may never speak to again, I never once had to explain who I was and what property I was calling about when I called, it was a personal service. Having moved from Scotland to Southampton recently my partner and I were new to the English buying system. A Driving Force In Our Difficult Chain

We have just exchanged in a long chain which up until the last moment looked to be an impossible task. I understand from our solicitor and other's in the chain that this has been a particularely difficult chain but thankfully we have the completion date which we hoped for. It has been our Seller's estate agent Enfields, specifically Shaun Jordan, who has been the driving force throughout. He has maintained a detailed oversight of the chain's issues and progress over the last month and been a crucial point of contact for us as well as the solicitors up and down the chain. Shaun's proactive approach has significantly eased the stress of our purchase and no doubt we wouldn't have exchanged contracts yet without him. Whenever Shaun has been unavailable for short periods (very rare), Sam Binnington has taken over the case and been an excellent second contact. Sam has been involved in the purchase from the viewing and was our main point of contact when making our offer and negotiating the price. This step involved quite a lot of conversation and Sam made this run smoothly with a very quick turn around of questions and offers. It has been invaluable to have two contacts at Enfield with knowledge of our purchase. We have found that Enfields have always been quick to reply, to chase others and to get back to us.
