My wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled.. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing. When there were issues they helped to resolve them, and consistently kept in touch, providing both updates and advice. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or both I couldn't recommend them more.

Fantastic Service

I personally cannot thank the staff and Kevin in particular enough for their invaluable support and guidance throughout the protracted purchase of my home. Even though I was just the buyer, I always felt that my interests were taken into account as much as the seller's. Great service and communication throughout purchase

We used Enfields Bitterne as a buyer, when we were purchasing our first home. We largely dealt with Kevin, however also spoke with other members of the team throughout the purchase. We came across a couple of hurdles during the purchase and Kevin was quick to offer support and guidance, which as first time buyers was incredibly valuable. Kevin kept us up to date with progress during the purchase on behalf of the seller, and by contacting our solicitor directly. He was prompt in finding answers to our questions and explained any required actions to us clearly. Although working to represent the seller we really felt like he had both parties interests in mind and worked to create solutions that satisfied both the seller and ourselves. We couldn't have been happier with the support Enfields provided during our purchase, and would likely choose to use their services when we decide it's time for us to sell in the future.

City Centre Furnished Rental For Beginners !

Having bought our 2 bed/2 bath city centre property through Enfields they have offered us an exceptional rental service ever since. Enfield's Oxford Road have been on the ball throughout our contract with them, marketing the property as soon as necessary, securing great tenants and advising on tenancy status etc each step of the way. Enfields have monitored the property throughout the tenancy and ensured the property remains safe for our tenants and is maintained well throughout the tenancies. Personable and efficient letting team

I recently instructed the lettings team to market and manage our buy to let property. Jack explained the relevant fees and process very clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect.
