GoogleEnfields at Pontefract provided us with a great service and I would highly recommend them. Good communications from the start and very proactive with maintaining the momentum when sold, which took only 3 1/2 hours on the first day of viewings being accepted. 3 weeks later we have completed, what more could you ask for??

GoogleEnfields were excellent with organising and undertaking the viewings and giving regular communications and updates without us having to chase this up. All the team are approachable and friendly but more importantly they are reliable. My only criticism would be that their preferred solicitor did not meet these high standards.

GoogleI use many agents throughout Yorkshire but I find Enfields at Pontefract to be straight talking and a very proactive estate agent. I have marketed several properties with them all of which sold within reasonable timescales, the in house sales progressing handled by Joanne is a life saver and takes away most of the stress. All around the team are friendly and approachable and they get the results I need. Keep it up :-)

Their advice on marketing, ability to provide prospective purchasers through to negotiating the sale and liaising with solicitors to legal completion was first class. It was the first time we had sold a house and without Enfields support and information it would have been very stressful indeed. GoogleEnfields did a great job at negotiating the purchase of a property we recently bought for rent. They were extrememly professional and helpful throghout the whole process. Joanne even came out to meet me and my partner with the vendor during after hours to witness the conversation about boundries and was quick to follow up with telephone calls and text messages to get the contract completed on time. We thank her for her speedy, friendly and efficient service! We would highly recommend the services of Enfields and we will be using them again in the near future.

GoogleSTOP CALLING ME!!! I haven't answered any of the dozens of calls I have rejected for a reason: If I don't return your numerous voicemails it is because I don't want to. That doesn't mean that you should call me again every day, at various times, leaving me voicemail after voicemail. Your number has now been blocked. Harassment is not the way to sell houses.
