GoogleWe are so pleased that we chose Enfields to sell our property, they have been absolutely amazing, from start to finish, and this all took 6 months!! The details and photos were quicky processed and our house was on line within 48 hours. The viewings came in and our house sold within 48 hours at asking price. A big thank you to Will for advertising the property and a massive thank you to Shaun - he has had a real challenge to get us exchanged on our purchase, very determined, never gave up, very confident and knowledgable, informed us of any news - a lovely person to deal with. Couldn't have done it wiithout him. Definitely recommend to anyone. Best Service ever!!!

GoogleMy wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing. When there were issues they helped to resolve them, and consistently kept in touch, providing both updates and advice. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or both I couldn't recommend them more."

The Trusted AgentFlat sold
Very professional service. I saw 6 estate agents before deciding to go with Enfields. They had good reviews and didn’t have a long tie in time. The estimates from the estate agents varied greatly and it was difficult to know who was valuing it accurately. I was disappointed that it did sell for less than they advertised it for. The price was still more than 3 other estate agents suggested it would go for and considerably more than 1 estate agent estimated. The other estate agent had a long tie in time so overallI I think I made the right decision. Every other element I couldn’t fault. Kevin was proactive and always quickly answered any queries. After I had accepted the offer the sale went through quickly so I am happy with the service provided.

FacebookJust completed the sale of our flat after a couple of sales fell through, Nikki and Luan were brilliant throughout and we sold our flat again very quickly as soon as it went back on the market. Luan has been brilliant the last few weeks dealing with solicitors and a few stressful situations. Would thoroughly recommend enfields eastleigh to any one looking to buy or sell!

This was the first time for me buying a property and didn't know as much about the process as I probably should have. Kevin was amazing at helping me through this, and always kept in contact even when the solicitors had delays with this and that. He was instrumental in getting us through some of the more tricky enquiries that was slowing the purchase down. Without his assistance, the purchase would certainly have taken much longer to complete. I am so very grateful for his help!
