Kate Noble has been amazing this year as she has always helped us with any issues and always been so kind, especially as she has had to put up with us lot the entire year!!! GoogleI have been using Enfields Estate Agents to rent my properties for 6 years and have found them to be excellent agents. In particular 2 members of staff, Lisa Smith & Kate Noble. Lisa has given me outstanding service, especially in the difficult situations which have occurred from time to time. Kate , as property manager, has been vigilant in keeping the properties up to standard and has attended quickly and efficiently with any issues that have arisen. I have used other agents in the past but since being with Enfields, I would not consider changing agents again due to the high level of standards they have provided me.

The Trusted AgentEnfields were spot one with my sale
From start to finish they have always kept me informed and have always been polite and professional,my sale fell through and they were on it straight away and sold it the very next day with a clean sale. It was easier than doing it on line because they do all the viewings and deal with all the hassle for just a tad more money. Big thanks to the bitterne branch.

FacebookThis is the second time I have used Nikki to sell and buy and she really is a one off. Nikki’s customer service is exceptional, she’s reliable and is an estate agent who actually earns every penny of her commission. Don’t bother considering anyone else in Eastleigh because, quite simply, they won’t be as good!

GoogleI would highly recommend Enfields to sell your property. Had a difficult apartment to sell locally. Shaun and the other staff members bent over backwards to help us, and kept us informed all the way.

Nikki and her team not only offer a high level of professionalism, but they are also efficient, on point and deliver fantastic customer care. Thank you soooo much for your efforts and help. GoogleWe are so pleased that we chose Enfields to sell our property, they have been absolutely amazing, from start to finish, and this all took 6 months!! The details and photos were quicky processed and our house was on line within 48 hours. The viewings came in and our house sold within 48 hours at asking price. A big thank you to Will for advertising the property and a massive thank you to Shaun - he has had a real challenge to get us exchanged on our purchase, very determined, never gave up, very confident and knowledgable, informed us of any news - a lovely person to deal with. Couldn't have done it wiithout him. Definitely recommend to anyone. Best Service ever!!!
