Jason Davis dealt with the sale of my dads house which was so complicated as we applied for probate at the same time as putting the house up for sale. There were so many problems with the probate as executors were involved who were very difficult to contact. Jason sold the house within minutes and dealt tirelessly with the sale and proceedings over the next 5 months trying to get everything through as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Jason always responded to my emails within minutes, kept me up to date daily and he was clear in what i needed to do to continue with the sale. thank you for all your hard work, support and clarity around this sale.
Hi Helen, thank you for taking the time to write such a kind review. Yours was a particularly complicated case but we are very lucky to have Jason on-board, who always strives to make the selling process as straightforward and as easy as possible for everyone involved. We would also like to thank you for choosing our services, making the transaction as smooth as possible with your prompt communication with us. All the best for the future. Kindest regards, The Ellis and Co Golders Green Team.

Jason Davis of Ellis & Co recently helped us purchase a property. Jason was particular prompt on communication with the vendor, solicitors and letting us view the property numerous times before the purchase. Jason raised and resolve any queries we had with the proposed purchase and we found the services of Jason and Ellis & Co of a very high standard.
Many thanks Sid, very happy to help :)

We really had a great experience with Ellis and Co. We had some special requests in the renting process and the team_Tony, Matthew and Ravi_ manage everything to us in a short time. Definitely we will recommend them.

Tony and his team provided an excellent professional service at all times. Their recommended conveyance solicitor was excellent too. The service was clear, timely and supportive - an essential and dependable resource during what is a one of the largest events in one's life! Very good value for the money.... Well done to you and keep up the great work that you

Absolutely disgusting service, I am absolutely fuming... i have sent several emails to agency to see property and no response, finally someone did get back to me to me and all I had was promises I would receive call back know, I had to call them myself 4times in day to get some answers! They have invited me for viewing and when I turn up 7 min late due to traffic no one was there , waited 15 min and then I called the agency and been told the flat has been taken, none had the decency to call me to let me know! I had issues with them from day one and I would definitely not recommended people to rent or sell with them! And I will write complaint to the ceo of the chain!
Hi Marketa, apologies for the delayed response. We have been trying for quite some time to log back into this account which we have finally been able to do. Apologies for the experience you faced but please note the office has been under new management since you dealt with them but we can only apologise for the service you received previously

Ross and his team went Above and Beyond when ever called upon. Due to on going troubles selling my property (not Ellis and Co’s fault) Ross helped me through every time. I had some issues and due to being away from the property at the time, Ross or his team would go to the property and help solve them. In Ross’ words this help was “All part of the services”. I strongly disagree and think its beyond that, this was not part of a sale, and completely unexpected. Ross and his team had fantastic communication with me and I was informed via email or a personal call at every step of the way. I could not fault the team in any way and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been doing inventories for Ellis and Co for the last 7 years. During this time, everyone at Ellis and Co has always acted with willingness, courtesy and professionalism. It’s a great pleasure dealing with Peter, Margaret and Ross, friendly, efficient and straightforward at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Ellis and Co for the Sale, Letting or Management of your property as I am more than confident you can only benefit from their services. I want to thank Ross White for being so helpful right the way through the sales process, he was great at communicating and provided excellent support when things became stressful. Not all estate agents are equal and some work harder than others to not only sell the property but to make it as easy as possible for everyone concerned. Ross is one of these people and I would recommend him highly.
Thank you Sarah for your kind words Ross

I must start with saying a big thank you to Adam who was assigned to the task of putting our house on the property market for sale. The way the whole business was handle from start to finish was very clear precise and professional, at all times during the viewing periods Adam would make sure that it was convenient and would arrange to attend if needs be. At the end of the visit he would write a feedback report so as to ascertain whether or not the view would come to anything also what they liked or didn't like for that matter which is important because in this way you could then adjust your house accordingly. The result was that we where able to sale our house within 12 weeks of putting on the market and getting the price we where asking for. We are very happy with who bought our pride and joy and felt that it has been taken on by people that would improve on the site and make it a place to be pride of. We got a place that we wanted and in the end and the whole daunting experience was a pleasant one thanks again to Ellis and Co Mill Hill.
Thank you very much for your kind review.

Jason Davis sold out flat and he did a wonderful job. Jason was always helpful and reliable and nothing was ever too much trouble. He went the extra mile. He was extremely patient and diligent, spending a lot of time answering my many questions and even helping me on my related purchase. He was responsive throughout and frequently took calls outside office hours. Jason was totally professional and was instrumental in achieving an optimum price and ensuring the chain did not break. At numerous times Jason pulled it out of the bag by chasing delaying parties and following up on unanswered issues. I feel his commission was genuinely earned and Jason was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The photos arranged by Ellis and Co were also superb and they were able to achieve several offers within hours of marketing the property. Overall everyone we dealt with at Ellis and Co were professional and really helpful. Thank you very much.

"Results Not Promises", proclaims the sign outside Ellis and Co Finchley. It's been there a while. I knew that in this case, there is indeed truth in advertising, because Khalid, Ellis & Co's owner, sold me my first ever little flat in Finchley way back in 1997 (for £59,999; how times change), when he was Senior Negotiator, and subsequently let it out short-term when I needed it. Fast forward to the end of 2014 and I came up with the mad idea of selling my flat, and buying somewhere smaller, outright, with the profit. There was only one man I was going to count on for this life-changing mission. With his trademark grin, Khalid agreed that it was so crazy, it just might work. No sales talk. No daft promises. Just realism, solid advice, and easily the most professional set-up I have encountered on my property selling/buying journey. I had spoken to all of the major estate agents in the area and with all due respect to them - some are excellent, others less so - none of even the very best could match Ellis and Co. All I was hearing was the usual sales talk: you need to sell before the election; criticising other agents; we can get XYZ money for your flat. One shoulder pad-wearing shyster even got my name wrong. And so it began. As you'll no doubt be aware, selling a leasehold flat in England is one of the three major life stressors (bereavement and divorce being the others). Unfortunately, this sale was even more complicated and stressful due to lease changes, involving freeholders and other solicitors. It ended up being utterly horrendous; our buyer pulled out on contract exchange day, leaving me with debts incurred due to legal fees. I was close to walking away, wondering how I was going to pay off my incurred legal fees. However, I knew that I had the right agent, and Khalid - together with Hiran and Steve - provided the ultimate in professionalism, humour, calm and sound advice to navigate the storm. Not once did I ever doubt that Khalid, the man I've referred to as "The Jedi Master of Estate Agents" would come good. Things became even more difficult once Khalid found another buyer, and I was doubtful all the way up to exchange but once again, I was given very sound advice, which helped to keep me composed enough to see everything through. Of course, I was helped by a very good solicitor; but Khalid was in many ways the liaison between me and my buyer; the point of the spear. When we finally exchanged, as is often the way in long, difficult and stressful experiences, there was very little euphoria, but in the moments after exchange and completion, and as my new-found freedom sinks in, I feel hugely appreciative towards Khalid and his team; it really was a genuine pleasure to pay their commission, and to bring them a bottle of fizz and some chocolates after. Though I have found a flat via another agent, Khalid still to this day has offered me his advice on anything to do with the purchase. As my friends have said (it got to the point during this 10 month experience that they were asking after Khalid when I spoke to them), it shows that although Khalid is a highly astute businessman, he also a geniunely very kind, pleasant and decent man. If there comes a time when I have to sell or if I choose to let out my new flat, even though it's out of Ellis & Co's catchment area, I will insist on them handling my dealings. Estate agents have a mixed (and often wrongly maligned) reputation; Ellis and Co Finchley are not a bunch of sales people - they are property professionals who unlike some agents WILL return your calls and emails, and WILL do what they say they are going to do. I have been on the end of what I can only describe as blatant lying by some agents, and it is staggering what a difference there can be in quality. So save time - call Ellis and Co in Finchley. So in all, obviously I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this crack team of fantastic, knowledgable professionals and their charismatic leader; in fact, the only reason I'm giving them five stars is because I can't give them six. Terrific.

When looking for a flat, I had stopped by several letting agents and I had also received phone calls and e-mails. Luckily, I dropped by Ellis and Co after seeing an apartment listed in their window. Throughout the process, Ross White was informative, humorous and accommodating. He was especially helpful in explaining all the parts of the contract and the banking requirements, which were very different from other places where I have lived. Ross had tremendous persistence and patience when I was dealing with complicated banking procedures until the transactions went through. I highly recommend using Ross for your next property search.

Ross and Peter have been truly exceptional in their handling of the management and sale of a rented property. Throughout the transaction they have gone well beyond the call of duty and have shown good humour patience and proactive assistance. As a solicitor I deal with a lot of agents but never have I encountered such a high level of service and responsiveness. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was looked after by Jason Davis, who took us painlessly through the process of selling our house. There were a few times when we had problems, a couple of buyers dropping out, but Jason worked dilligently to find other buyers quickly. I was very happy to let Jason have keys and free access to the property as and when required, which meant I didn't have to be present at the viewings. I am delighted to recommend Jason, and the entire team at Ellis and Co, Golders Green, very ably led by James Ryan. I wish them every success in the future and will certainly use their services if/when I have another property to sell in their area.

Very unhappy with their services , British gas was verifying the boiler and gave us a letter in September that it s unsafe , the tiles are falling of the wall in the bathroom it's 3 months since then 3 diftent companies came to see nothing more , So Me and my 18 months little girl have to live in totally unsafe house . I don't wanna say nothing about how clean was the property when we rented it . Companys like this do not deserve to be on market .
