I must say Elis and Co acted as a life saver for us, I was looking out for a house which could be occupied in short span (with in 3 days) and Elis and Co helped me in locating the ideal one for our family. Special thanks to Shikha and Ravi who ensured that all the paper work is done on priority basis and sorted everything else for me. Never experienced more rude estate agent manager than Mr Peter. I was a tenant for 5 years on Deacon Road and all was fine until I said I was moving out. Lots of troubles. I own a house now, but I strongly advise any tenants to avoid this dodgy agent. It all looks good on the pictures of only!

The level of service and care I have received from Ellis and Co, and Peter Stinson their Principle, has been nothing short of exemplary. I have been very happy with everything from the initial visits to the suggested properties, to the assistance needed during my time with them, all the way through to the final dealings at the end of my tenancy. Their response time for problems was excellent, in many cases the issue was resolved the same day, any issues which needed landlord input were met quickly and efficiently, and all in all I am sad to leave their remit. If we move back into the area we will definitely and exclusively use their services again. Truly the best estate agents I have ever come across and if I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. The level of professionalism I have encountered was exceedingly high it is true, however it was always backed up with a friendly and reassuring demeanour from everyone I had dealings with, be it by email, on the phone or in person. I honestly cannot praise them enough and wish them all success in the future.

Very unhappy with their services , British gas was verifying the boiler and gave us a letter in September that it s unsafe , the tiles are falling of the wall in the bathroom it's 3 months since then 3 diftent companies came to see nothing more , So Me and my 18 months little girl have to live in totally unsafe house . I don't wanna say nothing about how clean was the property when we rented it . Companys like this do not deserve to be on market .
