GoogleEllis and Co Mill Hill recently sold my house for me and so I felt compelled to give something back by reporting to the world about the fantastic job they did. Selling a house is never easy and the process can be fragile at best. They successfully managed one of the neediest control freaks you could meet without at any point alienating me. I was kept informed and offered sage advice throughout on how best to manage the process without sabotaging it. Their wise words and cool heads enabled me to secure my dream house, a process which would have been totally compromised by mismanagement of the sale of my house. Many people dread dealing with Estate Agents, but Adam at Ellis & Co. displayed nothing but class, he was a true gentlemen in his contact with me and my buyer. I'll actually miss the regular updates. I owe them much much more than their reasonable fee of which they deserved every penny.

GoogleWe have used Ellis & Co Mill Hill when purchasing a flat in a beautiful Grade 2 listed building a year or so ago and we were not disappointed with the service we received. From the first moment we met Adam and till he handed us the keys few months later the service was a stellar example of professionalism, courtesy and nothing else but straight talk and advice at all stages. Thanks to Adam our experience was stress and worry free as he took all the necessary steps to get us where we wanted to be. I would highly recommend using Ellis & Co Mill Hill branch and without a doubt will use them myself when we come to sell our flat when the time is right. Simply: FIVE STARS!

GoogleRoss White at Ellis & Co was very effective at marketing our property, and advising and following up throughout the sale process. When our first buyer vanished, Ross found another one within a week, and both offers were above 99% of the asking price. Ross was proactive, responsive to our calls and queries, and both efficient and courteous when following up with the buyers and their solicitors to ensure completion would take place within the timeframe that we required. We are very satisfied with the service from Ellis & Co.

GoogleMeeting various agents in the local area when deciding to sell our property was an interesting experience. Many came in with a sense of arrogance attempting to seduce us with bold statements. Our initial meeting with Ross White from Ellis &Co was the first time that an agent spoke to us in a genuine and authentic way, whilst providing a realistic valuation. This grounded and honest approach was important to us and although other agents had valued our property higher, we felt very safe in Ross' capable hands and there was no question as to who would be getting the instruction. Ross found our first buyer extremely quickly, and when they chose not to progress with the purchase, Ross had found another buyer even quicker! Throughout the whole process Ross has been friendly, professional and reliable. Selling a property can be stressful at times and it's very reassuring to know that when you call, Ross picks up. When you email, he responds. If you're reading this review prior to having valuations carried out, trying to decide which agents to call, please ensure that you call Ellis & Co and speak to Ross. You need to think carefully about who you would like to be dealing with day in/day out, and not just accept the agent that promises you the world and will most likely fail to deliver. I can't recommend Ross highly enough and i wish him all the best for the future!

GoogleAfter having contacted several agents to market the sale of my flat- Ellis & Co were the most responsive and professional agent and provided me with a quick and detailed valuation. The flat was barely on the market when I received an asking price offer! Juliana was simply amazing- during the entire process she never sent me one negative email- She was positive , friendly and very professional. She responded to all my emails incredibly quickly and provided me with updates of the sale. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a pleasant and efficient lady! GoogleOverall I have had a great experience in dealing with the team in Ellis and Co. at Bounds Green. Tony, Ravi & Matthew were a pleasure to deal with in the sale of our property in the summer of 2015 and have a great understanding of the market in the area. They were always calm and kept me updated in the final exchange process at all times. They managed both mine and the buyers solicitor very well and we had a very quick and smooth exchange & completion as a direct result. We also had our property rented out for a period of time prior to sale which after a year of self management we handed over to Michael and his team at Ellis to manage the rental on our behalf. They again provided an excellent service and were always on top of everything for us. It was far easier to have his team look after it for us than for me to try and manage it from afar and I would recommend the service to any potential landlord in the area.

After signing the lease on our tenancy, I found that the service became much less accommodating. The agents are generally friendly and easy to talk to, however we had many difficulties getting things checked, sorted and arranged.As far as estate agents go, I've dealt with much worse.
