My property is fully managed by Ellis Estate agents in the Tottenham branch as I no longer lived in the area. They take good initiative to ensure there are no tenancy gaps & all issues raised are resolved on time whilst keeping me in the loop. I haven't got to worry about the property & just get updated & receive monthly invoices.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Ellis & Co with the place I rented through them. The whole procedure of rental was smooth and easy. The most importantly I would like to praise the management skills of David Benson. He is always there to respond when I need him and he has been so pro-active when there was a problem trying to resolve it within hours. I definitely recommend them.

Fast, efficient and friendly with great contact throughout the whole process. Coupled with their experience of the area this branch has exceptional energy and drive and handles what could be a stressful time with aplomb. I would 100% recommend them and not only that - their photographer takes superb pictures that really showcases home well. This is such an important aspect that many people get wrong... Ellis and Co understand the importance of this. A no fuss, no nonsense approach to selling houses in a very professional way.

The Tottenham branch of Ellis and co fully manage the letting of our property and have done so since we purchased it. I have absolutely no complaints and also no reservation in recommending them. The staff whom I dealt with (Mr Mamoon Shadan and Ms Zulaikha Sadiq) were extremely professional, helpful, polite and responsive. They found a good tenant very quickly and the necessary paperwork was hassle free. When the first tenant left, the flat remained empty for only 3 weeks before another good tenant was found.
