GoogleI have been dealing with Dan at Ellis and Co for the last year and a half. Dan is extremely professional and will always get back to me if I have a query or a problem with my brothers' rental property. He is friendly very approachable and organised and incredibly good with the tenants. It is great piece of mind that I can deal with Dan, and anything that arises is resolved straight away. Thank you.

GoogleRented before with Ellis & Co. very welcoming when I visited the office. My handler was Ray who was very professional to me and when I lived in the property I reached out to Dan Vincent for any issues and he resolved them in good time and was very efficient to me. I will use Ellis & Co in the future should I return to Harrow as they were very professional and made my move run very smooth.

GooglePut an offer down on a place with Ellis and Co., which was acknowledged. Then didn't hear back from them for a month until they started sending me adverts for other places. Very strange.

GoogleAbsolutely awful! If i could give 0 stars i would. Lived in a property for 12 years and the agency always kept the landlords side! Only repainted the property once which was 7 years ago and only had to pay for materials! We fixed everything in the house for free and only asked that he covers material costs which was always an issue. They never do anything in a proper legal way, when we had damp in our house and a professional said we need venting in the bathroom and check pipes under flooring in a bedroom. The agency and landlord did nothing about it and to this day nothing has been fixed. They didn't ask us to move out they just took us to court where they lost the case because they didn't serve the s21 notice! Absolutely horrible agency DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Always happy to help with any queries/questions, and facilitate the process, they made life very easy. I have bought/sold with Khalid for many years and he is immensely trustworthy, professional and customer oriented. There's no better agent in Finchley.

They respond incredibly quickly to maintenance issues, usually within 48 hours, and they've always been willing to provide us with clear, forthright advice. Friendly and proactive - just what you want from a letting agent.

A great company. From the beginning of our renting experience, Ellis and Co were helpful, quick to reply, reliable and professional. They kept us informed at every stage of the process and answered all of our questions promptly. We have been living in our flat for 2 months now, and Ellis & Co have been quick to respond to any problems (not that there have been many), always available to answer questions by phone and email, and generally very pleasant to have as agents. Would highly recommend this company to everyone (especially to first time renters, like ourselves!)

Worst Service from Peter. I’ve never experienced such horrible communication from an agent. It started when I wanted to view a property that was advertised by Ellis and co. He explained to me that he couldn’t access the property which I understood but asked if he could book me in for a viewing . I didn’t hear back for about a week and a half. I then got frustrated and called another branch where I was assured that I would be given a call back. When Peter intally called I received a very hostile voicemail but proceeded to book a viewing. When I wanted to put an offer in his college advised that I need to speak to peter as he was unaware about the process. Monday morning I called in keen to put an offer in, I will admit it was below the asking price. I then proceeded to chase Peter about my offer. He said he is dealing with the property and has no answer for me yet as he has not spoken about my offer to the landlord, and I should stop calling for updates. After a week of waiting I finally emailed him Where his response was that there was multiple offers and the landlord decided to go with another one. Not once did he call me for an increase or update me on the status. He also did not make me aware of exactly how many offers there were until I emailed. Lack of communication and a lot of unprofessional behaviour, I would avoid this agent completely.
