My family (including my parents) has had Tottenham's Ellis & Co manage our real estate affairs in London for almost 40 years. Azid Sohoye's father, Edward, ran the business then. I watched Azid go through Uni and eventually bring his talent to the company. It has been great to see the values of old combined with a modern approach to serving clients well. To Ellis and Co., we are family, not customers. To us, they are family, not agents. Their integrity is stoically consistent and they manage our affairs as if they were theirs. I live in the USA. But when I think property, I think only about Azid, Umut and the rest of the gang at Ellis. By putting their clients first, the market puts them first.

He guided us throughout the whole process, made things very clear and answered my many questions. We agreed on a Let within 1 day of the house being advertised, without photos. Overall good experience and would definitely use them again. strengths including knowing local market, rapid feedback, and when things got stuck, been very much part of getting things moving through the inevitable bumps. Not quite a 5* as we one of the bumps was obviously challenge, and took a bit of time to appreciate needed that push (critical path issue), however this was minor and definitely not their responsibility but would have given that wow factor.
