The initial tenancy process was done by multiple agents like Mr Nikkesh, Mr Ben Parry and Ms Rebecca Aylette. The response to the issues in the home was addressed very slowly. Sometime it would even take months to solve a small issue. We had a couple of major issues like Boiler& towel rail not working. All we heard is that the landlord hasn't responded. Another major issue was the agents kept changing and we were unsure whom to contact.
However, Mr Faris did a very excellent job being on top of his toes. He called me and updated that he will be our go-to person with regards to any maintenance with the flat. When I forwarded my old mail to him asking him to get those cleared, I got a response in minutes and to my surprise, the Landlord approved those changes the next day. He doesn't stop there. He keeps following up to make sure the issue is fixed and we're comfortable. He is trustworthy and prompt.
All these 4 stars are for Mr Faris Radjathani. I would give 5 starts here but this rating is for Ellis & Co Wembley Park. If you have to get in touch with Ellis & Co Wembley Park for lettings/maintenance, ask for this guy - not anyone else. He is your man.
