GoogleI am a foreigner residing in London and I am glad that I found a rental property from Ellis & Co, 257, Blackfen Road, Sidcup. I am mainly dealing with Craig, in the past with Kevin as well. From the time I moved into the property till this moment, they have been extremely professional and friendly. Always responded to e-mails and calls. I must mention that whenever I approached them with any property related issues they have been reasonable and swift in fixing the problem. Overall, I am happy with their service. Ellis & Co Finchley are without doubt the best estate agents I have rented from - they're always professional, helpful, fast, and friendly. They will go above and beyond to make sure issues are dealt with quickly and to a high standard. I have primarily dealt with Nicki, Khalid, and Belinda who have always provided excellent service and help - they clearly take a great deal of pride in what they do, and this is reflected in the outcome of their work. More importantly though, as a tenant you feel that they have your best interest in mind, which is what really sets Ellis & Co apart from other estate agents.

I have dealt with several estate agents over the years and have had some unfortunate experiences; but Kahlid at Ellis & Co in Finchley is straightforward, professional and really knows his stuff. He found three buyers for my late mother's house within three days of putting it on the market, negociated a higher price than we had expected and helped to push for exchange of contracts when the buyers started to procrastinate.Kahlid and his friendly team were always on hand with support and advice when needed. Highly recommended.

I purchased my first flat through Ellis & Co. I had been searching for months and had dealt with a number of estate agents some of which had flat out lied to me . I found Costas at Ellis & Co to be very professional whilst being relaxed and honest. Obviously the estate agents job is to work for the seller to get the best price for them but negotiations were done in pretty good faith even when I had to negotiate the price down after some potential major works were found during the conveyancing. The conveyancing process was very difficult due to the sellers solicitors but Ellis & Co really helped moved things along and minimized the amount of stress as much as it could of been.Now I've been in the flat a few months now and still very happy with it. If I was to sell the flat in the future and look to move on, the first place I would go is Ellis & Co
