They are very professional in everything they do and they have taken all the stress away by managing my properties for me. My main contact is Nadia Lanitis who is very experienced and has an excellent and up to date knowledge of the Enfield rental market. GoogleWe wish it could had been transparent and helpful experience . Agent did not mention the changing rules from June for the tenants, specially being aware that we are new to country. While moving in we got into an expected issue and we being new, we had expected him to hear us and help/guide, instead he was bit loud and gave up. Thankfully other agent came to rescue, heard us and gave helping hand.

You and your driver were both advised the property doesn't have parking yet your driver continued to park in there. Therefore it is not our responsibility that your car was stuck in the car park. 2. When you contacted the office, the Rentals Manager immediately met you at the property to assist in your queries. 3. You mentioned today that you were not given copy of the gas safety certificate yet Ray had already given a copy of this to your husband previously 4. You mention in your review that another agent assisted you in the end. I understand the other agent is actually from our agency and works in the sales department hence sales and lettings were assisting you on Saturday in dealing with your queries and we are satisfied that Ellis & Co complied fully to your move-in process. 5. Finally in regards to the fees, you were not charged.

GoogleI have been renting a house through Ellis & Co in Tonbridge now for 5 and a half years and will now be moving into my own home next month. From the start they have done all they can to accommodate any issues or needs from me including getting plumbers round, providing replacement appliances and generally anything required all being provided very quickly. I have mainly dealt with Caroline and she has been so nice, friendly and helpful. Tom (proprietor) has also always been there in Caroline’s absence to step in and help where needed. As either a landlord or a Tennant I would have no issue in recommending Ellis & Co to anyone, they have the exact right balance between the Tennant and the Landlord and manage any issues very professionally with everyone’s interests to heart (something that cannot be said about all letting agents.. ) My time renting in the Haydens Tonbridge is now done and I would like to say a big thank you to Caroline, Tom and all in the office for the first class service I have received over the last 5 and a half years. In a funny way I am going to miss seeing you... Thanks. Andy..

GoogleHi everyone out there Im a landlord and ive just given my property to Deepak, payal, minesh and zeeshan at ellis and co Greenford. these guys so far seem to be the dogs biscuits of letting. they are letting and managing for me and it seems like I wont have many problems. they seem to be the Michelin star of estate agencies. they take all hassle off your hands , seem to be very professional, polite and very forthcoming. Trust me fellow landlords I never write reviews because I don't have time and couldn't be bothered but on this occasion I thought they really deserve a glittering review from me. 10 out of 10.
