It was difficult for me to trust estate agents again after having a buyer pull out of a sale a week before completion and exchange. The same day I I contacted Ellis & Co Estate as they were one of the top leading agent in the business. They, particularly Dilpesh ( main contact) acted professionally throughout the process with good communication at all times (which was lacking with my previous agent) he kept my concerns and fear at bay. Dilpesh was absolutely amazing, he provided viewings immediately and daily. Within days we secured a serious buyer. He was brilliant and always on hand to provide advice and support. What was very important to me he updated me weekly on the progression and also anticipated what needed to happen to move things on timely, without unnecessary delays. I sold my house in record time. I can’t speak highly enough of Dilpesh and Ellis & Co. 100% recommend to all

GoogleI recently sold my house in Northamptonshire and our Buyers had sold through Ellis & Co Mill Hill. Due to complications out of anybody's control the Sale took much longer than Usual. Going above and beyond, Jatender helped guide the Chain by giving frequent updates and always willing to take calls. I was never a direct Client of Ellis & Co and so they had no obligation to help me or take my calls, however nothing was ever too much bother. Thank You.

GoogleThey are unprofessional and time waster. They took my deposit last month and not given it back to me despite their commitment to do so. Bad people. ------------------------------------------- On 28/January 2021 at 11,27 and 12,33 hours Alicia Casigena telephoned me twice from Ellis landline and asked me to remove my review herein just above written. In exchange she swore that she would return my stolen deposit. I told her,once more,to give me back my money for a start. Without blackmailing clients. She didn't care that she was on loudspeakers 2 witnesses listened to the conversation. I m seeking for legal advice against those outrageous people. After my post they then changed their mind straight away and returned my deposit. So it was a lie that they didn't have my banking details.... Just dishonesty. Ellis & co:A disaster

The team are all friendly and welcoming and always seem pleased to speak to you. They know their stuff - everything was done professionally.
