Some years later when we decided to rent our property, we again approached Ellis & Co Mill Hill and this time Joe Kalmus and after his retirement Paul Glass managed the rent and property. You cannot imagine how professional, and organized the property was managed. Once we decided to sell, he property Adam helped us through the process. I must admit that I almost used a different agent as my property was Muswell Hill borders, I am so glad I didn't. From the first contact to the last they were absolutely brilliant . They marketed our property so well and the interest in it was amazing. What's even more impressive is that although I always felt they were acting in my interest they treated all interested buyers in such a respectful honest way. I have rented my property via this agency for many many years and was always happy with their service until recently when it became under new management. The previous owner David was fantastic and always paid rent on time to me and there were never any issues. When I found he sold the office I was tempted to go to another agency but regrettably I stayed with Ellis & Co and they have been nothing but a nightmare ever since. I rarely receive rent on time despite constant calls, they take fees when they feel like it and never return calls. Have had nothing but money taken from me and stressm. I've asked to be put through to the owner several times but never once has he shown any courteousness to call back. When their agency was taken over, I dealt with Dan Vincent who managed to get my trust back with Ellis and Co but I've found out recently he left. When my tenants vacate I will use an alternative agency.

GoogleI’ve had a really fantastic experience with Ellis and co and would recommend them to anyone finding a new home. Zeeshan & Payal in the letting department in particular have gone above and beyond to help me, they always respond quickly and do everything they can to help. Zeeshan took the time to measure up the property I’m moving to when my car broke down and I couldn’t attend the appointment which was so helpful of him and I believe he also done this out of work hours, he also took the time to make sure that I was okay which was lovely. Payal also has been incredibly helpful and both of them always respond quickly to any queries and genuinely want to help which is a breath of fresh air. I was very stressed out looking to move until I found Ellis and co.
