TrustpilotSmooth Renting Process ...
I had a very smooth process to rent my apartment with Ellis & Co. I have got a good help from Kevin and Ray to setup the documentation/ Tenancy agreement etc. For most of the times, communication was over e-mail and quick to make sure things are sorted before the move. I have got everything as was promised in the beginning. Thank you.

TrustpilotUnbelievably poorly run letting agent
We visited the office recently as we received no response at all over the phone despite several complaints. Our tenants moved out the property and although we clearly instructed the agency to give our tenants back their deposit, my tenants still have not received anything. We are also owed fee refund which again the letting agency agent haven't paid. We visited the office only to find there was no full time staff there and the lady that did speak to us appeared possibly drunk and smelt of alcohol. We are now waiting for the agencies Head Office to investigate this further.

GoogleWhere to start?? Rude, don't return calls, take money that isn't theirs, make constant excuses about missing rent payments owed to me, the list goes on. I visited their branch recently to find they have no experienced staff working there and the lady I dealt with wreaked of alcohol. Am about to deal with their Head Office as my tenants claim the agent is withholding their deposit when I confirmed in writing to Ellis & Co to send it back to them.

GoogleIt was difficult for me to trust estate agents again after having a buyer pull out of a sale a week before completion and exchange. The same day I I contacted Ellis & Co Estate as they were one of the top leading agent in the business. They, particularly Dilpesh ( main contact) acted professionally throughout the process with good communication at all times (which was lacking with my previous agent) he kept my concerns and fear at bay. Dilpesh was absolutely amazing, he provided viewings immediately and daily. Within days we secured a serious buyer. He was brilliant and always on hand to provide advice and support. What was very important to me he updated me weekly on the progression and also anticipated what needed to happen to move things on timely, without unnecessary delays. I sold my house in record time. GoogleCan't speak highly enough of Ellis & Co in Mill Hill. Adam knew exactly what we wanted after showing us one house for 10 minutes. A few weeks later he told us he had the perfect house for us, and he was spot on. He was very professional and easy to deal with, and was very understanding about our concerns when Covid hit. Adam also recently sold a flat for us to a great buyer, and he seemed to really value the instruction, despite it not being a huge fee for the agency, which we really appreciated.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
