GoogleI used to have really good regards of this agency cause at the beginning of my tenancy we used to get everything fixed in a very timely manner. A couple of years later everything changed when the building was no longer in warranty with the development company. After that we had to chase the agency constantly in order to get things fixed and actually when we left our flat managed by them, still a few tickets for repairs had been open for months and un-actioned. In this branch there's also an agent (potentially the director) called Hasan who is a very stereotypical sales man: he will tell you all you want to hear on the moment of viewing the apartment, but he will be quite rude and useless later on if you need something to be fixed once you've already signed the contract, stay away from him if you can. Also beware when you leave the apartment that they will put lots of efforts on finding minor issues with the state of the "end of tenancy clean" and charge you completely nonsensical amounts for it. Make sure to dispute these amounts since they won't even put up a fight to accept your counteroffer.
Dear Xavier Thank you for your review. All reviews are welcome, good or bad. In this instance I agree that the time to resolve your repair was not acceptable. We had requested that the landlord resolve these issues several times and he had promised to address them. Despite our numerous requests he had not supported us and refused to use our trusted recommended contractors. He used his contractors that let us down several times. This was indeed frustrating for both of us. Please note that our checkout report is handled by an independent inventory clerk. They are AIIC certified and insured and adhere to the highest standards. We estimate deductions based on their reports. Our process is fair and transparent. If you were not happy, you did of course have the option to appeal. We wish you the best for the future and it was a pleasure to have you as a tenant. You were a great tenant and we will be happy to help you in the future. Best Regards

After we moved in we provided the Inventory Sheet and list of all isurs that need to be addressed and it has been over a month and nothing has been fixed as yet which is very disappointing

Worst Experience Ever. Been with them for two years. Since the beginning we had some trouble renting the flat. They said one date but we had to wait for a week before the flat was ready. Now that we are leaving, they are trying to find all sort of excuses to keep the deposit for them. Absolutely poor! I hope they close soon cause I have never saw an agency more unprofessional than this one. Congrats!

My family left the rental property some time back and the agent will not return our deposit. We spoke to landlord directly who emailed the agent clear instructions to return our deposit but still the agent ignores such instructions. Agent ignores emails and phone calls and looks like they are trying to keep the deposit for themselves. My family spoke to a recommended person at another branch who made it very clear that it may not be the first the owners of Harrow branch have kept the deposit for themselves. If we don’t receive the monies back this week then we will have to seek help by way of a solicitor to guide us.
