This agency are plain thieves and liars. Only have to observe reviews on other sites to see how these people act. Have a look on Ellis & Co main page on trustpilot, Google reviews, and other sites. The same thieving owner is named everywhere. How much money is he withholding from clients? To be honest, Jay and Ray were very quick to find me a tenant and I was happy with their services but when it came to receiving my rent each month it is another experience altogether. My tenants pay the rent on time and sometimes a few days earlier but the agent never forwards the money to me on time. I get excuses to say they pay rent within 10 days which they consider to be within guidelines. I've spoke to a property conveyancer who says the agent is talking nonsense and I should receive my rent within THREE working days to allow for weekends and bank Holidays. The owner Kam Kalra who all the other complaints seem to be about is the one who allegedly pays landlords but is always hiding behind other people as he will never return a single call. Stay away from this agent ALL LANDLORDS. I would advise to use Brian Cox instead who handle my other property as they're fantastic and professional. My rent has not been paid late ONCE. Once my tenants leave the property with Ellis and Co I shall withdraw my property from them.

I’ve tried selling my apartment with two large estate agents over a 12 month period, but neither succeeded. Then Ross from the Ellis and Co sold it in 2 weeks! He asked me lots of questions about the property to properly understand what people would be buying, and then targeted it to those who he thought would be interested. It worked, as the next thing I have received an offer. Ross is very professional and works hard to understand what is required from all parties. I would definitely recommend this agency.
