GoogleWe sold and bought our new house through Mortimors at Clitheroe in 25/26 and the whole team were fantastic. As is the nature of buying and selling, the process didn’t always run smoothly due to land registry checks and solicitor hold ups. Ben and Charlotte went above and beyond, helping us to feel relaxed and confident in the process, and liaising with all relevant parties. Charlotte especially dealt with SO many queries and delays on our behalf, really pushing to get us over the line by our required date. We want to thank you for all you did in helping us find our dream home. We would highly recommend the whole team at Clitheroe to anyone. Ben, Charlotte, Harrison and the rest of the team are all individually a pleasure to deal with, hard working and extremely knowledgeable! 5 stars isn’t really enough 😊👍

GoogleKelly and the Dawsons team were helpful and focussed on finding us a buyer. They gave feedback after each viewing, arranged for gas & electric tests and EPC and kept us informed of progress with the management company. They also provided a house clearance team. I would certainly recommend their friendly, expert service.

From our initial phone call, then the viewing itself and finally the follow up call for feedback, Rebecca was polite, curtious and really bubbly. Her knowledge was excellent as was her enthusiasm.
