Without Laura things would have been more difficult , Laura always there for us when we need help and gets things done professionally. Sarah Lewis was a brilliant estate agent. Me and my partner just moved into our first rented property together, our first time living away from our family homes and Sarah couldn't have made it easier for us. She was always answering any questions we had quickly and efficiently. She even helped us clean the property before we moved in! Would 100% recommend Sarah and Dawson's to anyone! Moving is always stressful but this move was made more so for me due to personal circumstances surrounding it. I was impressed with the attention and cooperation that I received from Rebekah at the Morriston branch. She has liaised between myself and the landlady even responding and working past office hours and into the late evening. It is only through the exceptional efforts of the Dawsons team that I have had a successful move with minimal stress and frustrstion. I would definitely recommend. Myself and my girlfriend had been looking for a suitable property to rent for some time as our first home together, And houses in this particular area were highly sort after so were never vacant for long. When the right property came along, we booked a viewing straight away. From that point right through to the tenancy agreement, our Dawson's agent Rebekah couldn't do enough for us, and was always prompt in replies to our emails etc. She has been a pleasure to deal with and has made the rental process a positive experience for us as she has guided us through each step thoroughly. A pleasure to deal with :)

Me and my partner have been to a few estate agents in the past, a lot of which have either lacked a same day response or have given us the impression that we are taking their precious time away by wanting to view a property. However with Dawson’s we have had an amazing journey! Rebekah was very easy to talk to and get the infoamtion we needed from, I would recommend this agency to any tenant or landlord / landlady any day for their professional precense and huge foot print on the property market in the area. 10/10

Before Dawsons my partner and I had viewed another house with another agency and had nothing but a series of problems. We waited days on end with no contact and ended up being made fools of. We decided to look at one more house before giving in and staying where we were. This next house was with Dawsons. We met a lady called Rebekah at the property. She was on time and was presented lovely. She showed us through the house and was very helpful, answering all our questions in detail and even providing information about the house that we did not ask.. Long story short, she knew her stuff!. My partner and I loved the house and the professionalism of Rebekah, so we decided we wanted to go with Dawsons with this property. Rebekah was fantastic! She coached us through the Lettings in great detail, and was on the ball with contact. Whatever was happening with our contract and the house... We knew about within seconds. I personally can say I have never had such good service from an estate agency. She is a credit to Dawsons and the Morriston branch!. I can not thank her enough for her efficiency and really hope that her manager takes care of her and let's her know what a great agent she is!

This is the second time we have used this agent and we cannot fault the service. It was a struggle even booking viewings with other agents in the area but as soon as something suitable came available the agent contacted us to arrange a viewing. We dealt with Kim Jones who has been so helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

I was looking to move somewhere within the Marina area and quite quickly. Laura made it so easy, and effort free that i had the keys in my hand within the week after the first viewing. After first meeting me, and showing me around 2 marina based apartments, Laura gauged my personality and taste down to a T. She told me about one apartment that was nearly ready for viewings and she would get in touch with me. A day later she managed to get me a viewing... it was perfect. I pretty much signed on the spot, after a slight negotiation on price. Everything fell in to place so easily that it truly was meant to be. She was pro-active and there when i needed her for queries or info and because of this we had the deal wrapped up in no time. So just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for your time and patience working with me, finding me my cute new home! I would totally recommend Laura Carver at Dawsons Marina - she's awesome!

I have been very lucky dealing with Rebekah Young from the morriston wood field street branch. Massive credit to your company Rebekah was attentive and approachable from the outset. It has been a very difficult time for me and I feel like Rebekah made a huge effort to be compassionate regarding my situation supporting and encouraging me from the beginning. I honestly was not expecting this level of service and I appreciate it (and her) more than you can know. To be caring whilst being professional is a quality most people don't understand. I could not have asked for anything more.

Rude staff, nothing ever got fixed on time including heating which according to them 'technically isn't illegal' to let people go months without. Won't give a time for the inspections to suit working tenants! When we moved out to buy a house we avoided Dawson's like the plague and have advised others to. Don't look after tenants always side with landlord

I have been renting properties with Dawsons for around 5 years and I simply cannot compliment them enough on the service they provide. They are always so helpful, particularly Tracy and Tom. One thing I particularly like is the fact that they are very transparent so you know what you are getting and it makes you feel safe/secure when renting. On a number of occasions I have needed something very quickly and I felt as though all hands were on deck to help find a solution and exactly what I needed. She showed me around several excellent properties and was efficient of all aspects while drawing up the tenancy agreement!
