GoogleI would highly recommend this agency. I dealt with Jessica during the process of renting a flat, and she was incredibly helpful throughout. She was also very responsive, often replying to my emails within minutes.
On the day of key collection, I was unfortunately delayed due to traffic. The team kindly stayed after the branch had closed to ensure I could still collect the keys and move in that day, which was greatly appreciated. They even walked to the property with me to show me around, going above and beyond what was expected.
Overall, a very positive experience and excellent service.

GoogleI would like to thank Dawsons especially my agent Ms. Sarah Lewis. All my follow up were answered politely and they are very responsive to all my queries. The house itself is beautiful and well maintained though there are some imperfections noted as it was obviously not a newly built house, but all are mentioned and documented in the inventory list but I couldn’t ask for more. Our entire letting experience with Dawsons was so fast and easy. If you are new in this place and looking for a place to rent, better yet try with a letting agency like Dawsons to save you from all the hassles like thinking of how to apply for electricity, water supply etc.

I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead.
The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online.
It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price.
I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times.

Myself and my girlfriend had been looking for a suitable property to rent for some time as our first home together, And houses in this particular area were highly sort after so were never vacant for long.
When the right property came along, we booked a viewing straight away. Found the perfect property online for my son. Contacted Dawsons and spoke to Rebekah to arrange a viewing. In spite of me being away from home, she promptly arranged a viewing for my so to see the property. Following the viewing I put down a deposit to reserve what my son considered to be the perfect property for him. Needing to visit the property to do some measurement, Rebekah was happy to arrange this for me. We asked for the "move in date" to be brought forward which was happily agreed.
Happily, my son moved in on the agreed date without a hitch. During the whole process Rebekah was friendly, respectful, helpful, understanding and at all times, was most professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Dawsons thanks to Rebekah.
