Moving is always stressful but this move was made more so for me due to personal circumstances surrounding it.
I was impressed with the attention and cooperation that I received from Rebekah at the Morriston branch. She has liaised between myself and the landlady even responding and working past office hours and into the late evening. It is only through the exceptional efforts of the Dawsons team that I have had a successful move with minimal stress and frustrstion.
I would definitely recommend. A big thank you to Rebekah and the team.

Myself and my girlfriend had been looking for a suitable property to rent for some time as our first home together, And houses in this particular area were highly sort after so were never vacant for long.
When the right property came along, we booked a viewing straight away. From that point right through to the tenancy agreement, our Dawson's agent Rebekah couldn't do enough for us, and was always prompt in replies to our emails etc. She has been a pleasure to deal with and has made the rental process a positive experience for us as she has guided us through each step thoroughly. Me and my partner have been to a few estate agents in the past, a lot of which have either lacked a same day response or have given us the impression that we are taking their precious time away by wanting to view a property. However with Dawson’s we have had an amazing journey! Rebekah was very easy to talk to and get the infoamtion we needed from, I would recommend this agency to any tenant or landlord / landlady any day for their professional precense and huge foot print on the property market in the area. 10/10

Before Dawsons my partner and I had viewed another house with another agency and had nothing but a series of problems. We waited days on end with no contact and ended up being made fools of. We decided to look at one more house before giving in and staying where we were. This next house was with Dawsons. We met a lady called Rebekah at the property. She was on time and was presented lovely. She showed us through the house and was very helpful, answering all our questions in detail and even providing information about the house that we did not ask.. Long story short, she knew her stuff!. My partner and I loved the house and the professionalism of Rebekah, so we decided we wanted to go with Dawsons with this property. Rebekah was fantastic! She coached us through the Lettings in great detail, and was on the ball with contact. Whatever was happening with our contract and the house... We knew about within seconds. I personally can say I have never had such good service from an estate agency. She is a credit to Dawsons and the Morriston branch!. I can not thank her enough for her efficiency and really hope that her manager takes care of her and let's her know what a great agent she is!

It has been a very difficult time for me and I feel like Rebekah made a huge effort to be compassionate regarding my situation supporting and encouraging me from the beginning. Rude staff, nothing ever got fixed on time including heating which according to them 'technically isn't illegal' to let people go months without. Won't give a time for the inspections to suit working tenants! When we moved out to buy a house we avoided Dawson's like the plague and have advised others to. Don't look after tenants always side with landlord
