Very enthusiastic to help people and very patient. Laura deals the problems very carful with landlord and renter. Laura is an awfully decent lady. She does care the oversea student and work really hard to help me found out a place to move to. She try her best to explain to my land lord when I was facing the troubles. She did all a best agent should do! And I appreciate that I have such a wonderful agent

Samantha proved herself to be an efficient professional agent who supported the successful completion of a rental deal for a property that fulfils so much of my initial search criteria and more. It took a while to find the one property that I really wanted and suited the requirements of my demanding and exacting daughters. Samantha helped in a courteous, knowledgable and proactive manner, to help secure the property I was aiming to get. I would not hesitate in recommending dealing with the letting team in the mumbles Branch of Dawsons, who kindly offered me coffee and a chocolate during the signing process and would definitely seek Samantha's help again if I were to once again look to rent. I recently rented a property in Newton via Dawsons Lettings and whilst all the staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly, Rhodri was my main point of contact. He made the whole process very easy, swiftly liaising with the landlord of the property whenever anything needed to be addressed, and always coming back to me promptly and efficiently, and always with a smile! On entering the Mumbles Office of Dawsons Lettings, my wife and I were very impressed with the warm and personal welcome we received from the Staff - even down to them offering an ice cold drink on a scorching hot day. Our main contact was Rhodri - his professionalism, efficiency and demeanour were, and still is, second to none. We have moved quite a few times and without a doubt Dawsons Lettings of Mumbles have been outstanding in their commitment to providing us with an excellent service. Throughout our dealings with Rhodri, Tom and the young ladies in the Office, we have been treated with kindness, promptness and most important of all, we have been regarded as 'persons'; not a number. We highly recommend Dawsons Lettings of Mumbles as a highly professional and first-class agency.

Over the last five years, we have moved house around 7 times due to my work, therefore we have dealt with a vareity of lettings agents over the years. Additionally, with our current property our circumstances lead us to be quite demanding customers, as we needed to negotiate with the landlord with a number of matters. During this entire process, Sammantha demonstrated utmost professionalism and a very friendly demeanor. She has been supremely conscientious and has constantly shown a level of customer association skills that far surpasses any of our previous experiences. We do feel that her patience with us was tested thoroughly as we constantly kept contacting her with a number of requests which she very professionally handled.
