Excellent service

I was really happy with the service Sarah provided, not once have I had to chase on anything and she always provided me with regular updates and responded practically instantly if I did have a question on anything. I was a bit dubious about using a big chain estate agents in the beginning but I have been really pleased with the service from start to finish. This has probably been my best experience with an estate agent in the 5 years I have been renting my property.

Laura Carver is brilliant and very friendly which is working in Dawson and very helpful

I have been working with Dawson over a year and nice to work with them but only they had some staff recently and I don't think they good as old staff. Also new recent staff needs to be more friendly and helpful to customer . Other than that overall really nice staff which is I know Laura and Lisa. also Emma but Emma not there any more and really shame she was really good to and was really helpful.

I have rented my property out through Dawsons for three years. My reason for choosing Dawsons was because of their marketing reach and their strong presence in the area. This has ensured that I haveI secured tenants promptly and that gaps between tenancies have been limited to a maximum of three weeks. I have found Dawsons offers an excellent customer service from setting up of the tenancy through to management and closure of tenancy. They have been flexible to respond to my specific requirements and have offered me sound and prompt advice throughout on things like what to upgrade, what not to waste money on, repairs etc. As I don't live in the area it has been important for me to know that the property is in good hands.

Continued improvement over the past 6 years.

I've noticed a steady improvement with the quality of service I have received from Dawsons over the past few years. Of particular note is the excellent and friendly service I receive from Laura Carver and also from Leon Atolagbe who both help to solve problems and issues quickly. .The check-out reports have also improved dramatically over the past few years and are now very comprehensive and are backed up by photographs. Proficient and Professional!

It was a big decision to make when we decided to give up letting out our lovely holiday cottage to holiday visitors as we have had the same visitors return year after year enjoying the tranquility of 'Hoarstone' and the beautiful Gower surroundings however, holiday letting had become very hard work for us and we felt we needed a change of direction.
