After having to pull out of the purchase of a property due to the estate agents (who shall remain nameless...) trying to cover up a mass of problems and defects, dealing with Dawsons was a breath of fresh air.
Natasha, who showed us the property and passed on our offers to the seller, was helpful and efficient. Tracy, the sales negotiator, was excellent. All telephone and email queries were answered promptly, and we were kept up to date with the progress of the purchase.

We were buying a house in the Mumbles.. We were selling our place in England. Dawsons were acting for the vendor in the Mumbles. There were many times our sale was stalling in England and things became very tense. Dawsons and in particular Andrea were great in communicating with all sides,, great in understanding the problems and trying to find solutions to satisfy all sides.. They were a major reason as to why we managed to complete this purchase. Even after the move they have been very helpful in recommending tradespeople to help us post move..
I would have no hesitation in recommending Dawsons and if I were ever to sell they would be the first people I would contact
