We have recently experienced an incredibly stressful period as landlords, spanning the last six months. Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with.
Throughout this entire ordeal, our property management agent, Nicky Scales, has been nothing short of wonderful.
