I can't recommend enough the service I have received from Julie, Callum & Gemma at the Auction team in Walters Rd. I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead. The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online. It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price. I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times. Highly recommended and auction is the way to go. Excellent estate agents

After having to pull out of the purchase of a property due to the estate agents (who shall remain nameless...) trying to cover up a mass of problems and defects, dealing with Dawsons was a breath of fresh air. Natasha, who showed us the property and passed on our offers to the seller, was helpful and efficient. Tracy, the sales negotiator, was excellent. All telephone and email queries were answered promptly, and we were kept up to date with the progress of the purchase. I would recommend Dawsons Morriston without hesitation.
