In a fantastic central location it provides access to both M4 East & West and is only 10-15 Minutes away from Swansea City Centre. We have an array of local attractions such as a variety of golf clubs, entertainment venues such as Manor Park Country House, several public parks, plenty of local sports and much more! With the Liberty Stadium only 10 Minutes away it’s an ideal location for the avid sports fan hosting Swansea City FC and The Ospreys Rugby team. When it comes to property we have an abundant mix of modern build estates and hidden gems in superb rural locations enjoying idyllic views all around. Voted ‘The Most Desirable Place to Live and Work in Wales’ in a Royal Mail Survey just this year not much else has to be said about our wonderful & convenient location.

Fantastic Service & an easy sale!

Really impressed with Dawsons of Morriston, they valued a bungalow for me I'd been struggling with tenant wise and we agreed to market the property. Within a few days we had several viewings and a week later an acceptable offer was received. Tracy was fantastic in dealing with the Sale and it has been a really smooth process. We have found Adam and the team at Manning Staintons Letting department extremely helpful and efficient especially most recently when dealing with a problem with our boiler. They contacted the engineers who attended within 30 minutes and resolved the issue. Great service.

Stephanie has been an excellent help in selling my property. Nothing is too much trouble, emails are responded to quickly (even on days off!) and cover is always arranged to help with a query if staff are unavailable. Dawsons sales team have really gone above to help.

Tasha - most approachable and helpful estate agent around.

Tasha Jones was helpful and welcoming from the second we rang to book a viewing. She was extremely informative throughout the whole process and would answer questions instantly via e-mail/phone.
